them stems are f**kin toss carrot ther actually a well shit geo, trialtech ones are well nice with some viz pro or trialtech bars

this guy actually does it backwards to how i do it i dunno if it matters structurally but i do my inward ones first because its a bit tricky to get them in when the outward spokes are already in, http://www.sheldonbrown.com/wheelbuild.html, thats the guide i learned on its the best one iv found so far you dont really need to read the whole lot just scroll down to the diagrams and have a read through the instructions

unless its a king get a freewheel, had so many hubs blow up on me i loved my pro2 but iv just had it with it breaking all the time now and iv decided to get a freewheel on my stock fixed rear hubs make for a well solid wheel aswell due to the wide flanges and the SL is probably the best freewheel out there atm or so iv heard and they sound mint

i have tape on my bike its soooo cumfy it wears down fairly fast and it's a little expensive but you do get like 3-4 pairs out of one pack so its all good it comes in some really funky colours too hhha

7 months is a fair time for a light part like that to last if you want more strenght get some welgo magnesiums iv had mine for about a year they're still going strong

the TR's exactly the same as the SL but with less engagements so yes..., and i love a loud freewheel/hub its a massife confidence booster when doing something big feeling a solid engagement and hearing a loud snap !

ok so im stripping my old nackerd pro2 down and building it onto a fixed hub my mate gave me and iv run into a problem when building it, the hubs a 36 and my rims a 32, to be honest i cant be botherd fannying about buying a new rim/hub and spokes so im just thinking of building it anyway i was thinking solong as all the holes on the rim are filled there shoudnt be much of a problem or will it cause a dodgey cross somewhere and be a bitch to true?? has anyone done this before?? help

a few cheeky clips from the other day, not stricktly todays riding but just thought i'd share

flat gapping to front is the hardest way to learn it, you need to be gapping upto something higer and not so far away probably just over a bike length then really commit to it or youl never pick it up, best thing to do is just get your weight right over the front as far as you can then worry about swapping after youv got that bit.

if your axles sticking out then its never going to work and taking a link out wont help it, you need to either shorten your axle or put some spacers on the excess axle.

have a look at your axle and see if its sticking out the end of your frame slightly it could be that your bolts arnt actually clamping your frame enough

it is yes but youd need to buy a new freehub body and maybe an axle but im not 100% sure and for that money you could find a secondhand one on here.
