Edit: I'm not going to be working out until 9pm at night so do I have to have the shake immediately after, i.e before I go to bed (I'll be up at the loo all night) or can I have it first thing in the morning which is quite a while after the workout?
Protein ordered and on the way and 2 days into healthier eating and weights regime. Is a reduced carb (bread mainly) diet a good idea when hammering weights or will that hamper things?
Had a 3 year miserable relationship that went on and on through habit. However it did mean i met her friend who has ended up becoming my wife.
I also wish I had more in the way of qualifications...as in bits of paper
Oh cool, just bought the backings so might try the refills when the heatsinks die
Is the general consensus that they are good then? Never heard much about them
Another feel good video by you guys...I liked that. I love that they aren't as serious as most other vids and just clearly about you and your mates having fun
Brill thanks for that. I'm going to start lifting tonight am found a routine I can cope with. I don't want to go mad with the super strict diet as I can't afford it so will just lower carb intake/junk and increase protein and see how that goes.
Thanks for the link I'll have a gander and sorry to the original poster for the thread hijack
