Its how I get my cranks off, 'cause I have the same problem of stripped cranks, and it hasn't damaged my cranks or BB at all. Just make sure everything's tight again Alex.

Take out the crank bolt, loosen your chain a little, then ride around for a while, this should loosen it off. Alex.

Sounds like you need a spacer between your crank and the end of your BB, because there is too much BB spline for the crank. Alex.

Try putting in the bleed screw where the water comes out before you unscrew the syringe after bleeding, hopefully, this will stop any fluid coming out of anywhere, then just be careful when unscrewing the syringe, and keep everything exactly still while you screw in the other bleed screw I hope I explained that okay? Put about 8 vertical lines down your sidewall. This should be enough. OR Spin your wheel as fast as possible, and put the tar against your rim, and apply a slight bit of pressure, keep doing so, until you have enough. Obviously repeat for both sides. Alex.
