    that was awesome!
  2. +1 to that, I used to use some. If I can find them I'll use them again
  3. woah. BAWWWW much? push the O rings back in or get new o rings and push them in. simples
  4. I thought that but wasnt sure haha >.< 5 days til I go, canny wait! definitely getting on the guiness brewery tour ^^
  5. if you've not got enough in, it'll probably pinch flat at some point, unless you have a really good inner tube A good way to get a decent feel is to go out with your tyres really inflated and fairly solid, have a ride and if you feel like they're too hard, let a bit out. Keep doing that til you get a good feel, just don't let too much out
  6. depends on the terrain, bike, and your preference really Some people run their tyres harder than others I run about 20 up front, 13 back on 20" wheels, Some people run a lot lower than that though
  7. THat's mostly the TGS guys these days, I still ride purely for fun, I've known quite a few guys who couldn't care less if the gap they're doing is kerb height or 8 feet high, it's all about having fun on your bike right? but yeah I know where you're coming from, the "go big or go home" guys need to grow a pair sometimes
  8. Same reason people now play guitar with distortion and other effects, or why drummers started using double bass, it keeps it interesting and pushes the boundaries of the sport looking at old trials videos and comparing them to nowadays, I'm pretty sure a lot of people would have lost interest in trials if everything had been kept so standard and boring
  9. I just spin the wheel in the dropouts and let the tape run onto it, no time for fancy pants farting about with two different layers ^^ then again, i'm undrilled
  10. if the threads are worn a bit there won't be as much meat left on them for a re tap, surely? O.o
  11. Hammers? wut? hold the crank arm in a vice so the freewheel is sitting on top of the vice, put the tool on, put a socket onto the tool, put a ratchet or solid handle on the socket, bish bash bosh you can't remove a freewheel without using extra leverage? o.O
  12. +1 to insulating tape. if you have a drilled rim it'll attract dust and shite though
  13. winner winner chicken dinner. obvious solution was obvious
  14. I just got home. There's nothing more annoying than getting cockblocked. nuff said
  15. when you were first learning gaps on the backwheel, Did you not do this too?
  16. if you have any friends who ride trials or a shop nearby that sells trials bike, go along and have a go on one if you can, you'll only really know what you want once you've had a ride and felt the different bikes mod is an option too, I've known a few people to think a bigger bike would be better for them, and then when they tried a mod they realised it was much better for them mod is 20" wheels by the way 24" bikes are a cool middle ground
  17. polyrhythms are SO F*CKING COOL THOUGH also, hatebreed
  18. I like you. I listen to a lot of meshuggah, cynic, black dahlia murder, between the buried and me etc etc meshuggah are awesome once you get the feel for the stupid rhythms they write they're a headache when you try and learn their songs on drums >.<
  19. yup! feels way nicer than the magura blood there's a lot of debate over wether it really does ruin your brake, I imagine if you keep it properly lubed it'll be reet Some people use antifreeze and water to stop their system freezing in winter, others use pure water. Prepare for the chaos in this thread
  20. rgr? Cheers thus far guys, they bars or clubs?
