It may sound daft...but....are you sure its stress marks >_< and not something silly like the colour of them in the light/dark? scratched? Because..as i look on my Python frame(same colour effect) it looks like stress makes on it but its just the colour effect near the welds.

I dont like the colour of the spray job..but it looks VERy professional and neat....especially with the forks..even i dont like the style of them.

U could use some all purpose adhesive? then use a staple gun to fix the pad to the backing?

Like onzaboymark said...the pazzaz risers and a t-master. but its hard to get Pazzazz bars..soo onza carbon risers are the equivalent. But if you want something a little lower...go for a Zoo! stem. ive used both and i prefer the zoo! stem
