You need to have lots of sleep, have a big beakfast with lots of carbohydrates, and have a diet which consists of lots of proteins and carboload(having lots of high carbohydrate foods).
dont have lots of sweets and E numbers because it'll give you only a little energy boost rather than a continuous one.
Eat intervally, rather than eating only when your hungry. Give the body energy every hour or so(sandwich, jaffa cake, salad...nothing crap).
