    Koxx Pads.

I found that reds worked better, than the browns, without an uber deep grind.

  12. Yep. Carbon doesnt fatigue, thats why its very strong, until its scored into/badly scratched, cos it destroys the weave on the carbon fibre. They are awesome bars, no need to replace
  13. Montys are comp frames. they are weak FACT. Echo/Zoo! are street UCI/BIU frames so are built to last. Matt Akwright threw a mallet at his '05 monty and the downtube is well dented, 'cos he rounded off a bolt  Name a few riders that ride a Monty, doing Street UCI/BIU, that last over 6 months. Danny Foster gets a new one when he likes, same with Walker. I'm not saying they ride horrible(Walkers new un did though:S), just they aren't built to last, where as a Echo/Zoo!/Zona( ;) ) are, and still ride sweet.
  14. Heatsink <_< Look in Member Chat, about a topic called Heatsink Booster, by cooke. hes having a problem as well. Read what it says in there. If that doesnt make you want a heatsink booster, then you have no logic
  15. Carbon is stronger to an extent. i.e if u took the extact smae designed bars, 1 carbon, 1 alloy, and did a 40ft drop(or something similar) then the carbon ones would just snap clean, where as the alloy ones would bend.....then snap, or bend too much. But since you wont be doing 40ft plus drops or SuperMan sized drop gaps...then go for carbon. Carbon doesnt fatigue. So after so many years of use, they will remain the same strength as the day you bought them. Unless you take a BIG chunk out of them, then they start to crack, but even then, they last for another month or so. The alloy bars would fatigue, and eventually bend, crack or snap off. The also have 7075(?)Alumium tubes on the rise of them, and on the end of them. This helps to protect the carbon from chipping at the end, and it stops the carbon(where it is weakest) to snap. The aluminium just makes sure the Carbon fibre stays in tack, and uber strong. Size wise...if you want to spend £50 on 30'' bars then go ahead, but i think it'll feel horrible on a mod. I've just got the 28'' uns, but Pazzaz. I think TartyBikes may have some slightly used Pazzaz Carbon Risers 28'' in, for £20? E-mail them <_<
  16. Cool. General BTW, If you say your coming to Leeds, turn up. <_<
  17. Great minds thing alike? <_< :S
  18. http://www.imtoo.com/mpeg-encoder.html download trial version. Then go to www.crackspider.net, and enter the version of it.....then you've got a free 1!
  19. Ah, but they ave not just copied the XTP, but made it stronger, for us street UCI heads. Hope they bring the mod version out <_<
  20. The current Heatsink booster only fits stocks, unless you've got a mod with the wheel really far back, so you can get some clearnace. Otherwise the Mod booster should be available with in a few weeks. Mark has got some cut-outs of the booster, and hopefully i should be receiving some soon. I've helped to sort out some tyre clearnace and width problems, along with slightly bringing down the weight........so long as Steve takes the ideas into account <_< Buy the Heatsink booster, tis a little stiffer and lighter than the Echo Control booster, but just more pimp looking. And cheaper
