  2. --> QUOTE(joe b @ May 23 2006, 05:51 PM) ←Dirty tyres, just how we like them, eh Nadine?! A few too many stickers for my liking though, but ahh well! Are you entering any competition in the near future, id like to have go on it. And even though some people get me confused with Lois Morgan doesnt mean Monty's are girls bikes . Cheers, Joe. You DO look like a girly! Looks nice, but i don't like the way they ride. Prefare the '04 model. Rear disk.....?
  3. Get stronger fingers! A new Magura, untouched by silly water is cush. And i've got a Avid flakjacket cable. Really smooth, but it just needs to streeeeeeeeeeetch.
  4. Ive got a 160 on my mod, with a Avid cable, and Avid Fr-1 lever and its ace. It feels easy to pull, bit like a new Magura. You can adjust the spring tension at the caliper, but i think you won't need to.
  5. Keep your Echo, way cooler. If you want a more hoppy bike, try a shorter Control? 05 Pitbull short, Ashton?
  6. Has anyone got any info on these new Echo tyres?
  7. My Python is 1050, and most of them are 1045, not 1040 Thanks for the info, should be all up and running tomorrow!
  8. They sound very interesting! Any pictures!? Compound? Weight? Price? Thanks for the help(Y)
  9. Yo, I was wondering if any stock the Echo Super Trial tyre (rear) or the Monty tyre (rear), both pretty much the same. I've had no luck on any websites, so maybe some people may have them in the back of a shop? Also, what are the Newer Monty tyres like? I know they're pretty much Maxxis copies, but i was wondering about the sidewalls. Thanks again!
  10. Argh!!! Can't be doing with a shorter wheel base! Thanks for the help
  11. Has anyone measured their wb with Zoo! forks on? Thanks for the info 'D' option, is a disk. I didnt like the idea of it first, but its catching on....
  12. A really good natural video. Just like all your other natty vids, it inspires me to ride natural. Keep up the vids, your really capturing the style of natty!
  13. Reeto, Am considering the 'D' option, so i was looking at some cool new forks to go with it. Just wondering if they lowered/highered bar height, and if they extended/shorten the wheel base on your Python 05/06. Thanks for your time, Dan
  14. After seeing 2 of them die within weeks, and skip loads just before their life end, i wouldn't buy one. Wouldn't ever let it get near my bike. Sound wise, well... its the sound of death.

    Auch! Vol.6.

Ah! That drop gap to death was disturbing! What happened?
  16. Didn't like the tunnel vision. It doesnt look like your putting any effort into riding, just looks like your messing about. Better than your others though

    Pad Reviews

Pads: Coustsinks in Pimp backings Time used: 4 months Rim: Try-all Grind: yes, once every 3 months, beginning of new pads. Fairly rough. Tar: F*ck no. Previous pads: Plazmatic crms, koxx bloxx red brown green yellow, koolstops, zoo!, heatsink blues reds honigs. Prefered brake: Lock, bite, working under anything in anything. Review Amazing. Working in wet, damp, soaking conditions. Makes Try-alls slip. Super solid due to the CnC'd backings, which at first i thought was a waste of money, but it is an ace investment for a solid brake and cheaper replacement pads. You don't need tar at all with these, so you might as well use it on your roofing. You don't even need a regular grind, jus when it smoothens out. After a while of use(about 1 monthish) the super bite starts to die down. But don't worry, you won't stop noticing it! Try not to drag your brakes down big hills like Shipley Glen, because your pads wear quickly www.heatsinkbikes.com to place your order

    Kyle H New Video

Good vid, looks like some good places in blackpool nad preston to ride.
  20. Damons hog has lasted for quite a while now. His double wide lasted less than 2 weeks. Echos lasted less than a week. His ronnie took quite a bit, but it has the un-drilled un that lasted. Get a hog/v!z/koxx rim and get it built strong, thats your best bet. Some people say grinds dont last long, but i've never had that problem. Try a set of Coustsinks with it for a good brake set-up.
  21. rather take them completely out and glue them back usinbg strong adhesive, or jus stick back that part. Ive had a few sets of blues, and they've never came away from the backings. Do you use tar?

    Bodges!

That cotton reel is full on ace!!!!!!!!!
  23. The echo team booster is good, but nothing special. How about the standard echo booster, its black and silver. You could always wait for the long awaited Heatsink mod booster? Also check your pad set-up, and how they're worn. Check your brake for air bubbles, or leakage.
