    Rigid Forks

Nope they snap. Try V!z forks, the curved ones with the holes near the drop-outs. Uber stiff, with a fat cromoly steerer tube. www.trials-uk.co.uk Zoo! forks? Disk only as fatty Ben said. But the steerer tube isn't the best.
  8. Depends which Echo Tyre is in question..... The 'old skool' uns, (CLS uses them), have a white line around them, quite cheesey, pinch a bit as well on soft pressures, with the heavier rider. Pretty much the same as the old Monty ones, with the white line, and the yeloow line. The new Echo Tyres are completely black, and have a lot thicker sidewalls, and not as cheesey on your rim. Check www.tartybikes.co.uk for pics of the new tyres. Selectbikes still have the old tyres in i believe
  9. I've had a feel off them and think they're a bit poor. The extra leverage is great, but with a poorly set-up brake it feels pants. I think the lever blade it too wide to get a proper grip, it stops you wrapping your finger around it, unlike the Magura uns.
  10. Biff you goff!! Just because ive got black rims and cranks now your getting them. Never realised how much you loved me! It looks slightly cooler in real life
  11. When was the last time you saw a rugby player on £130,000 a week? I'd say its easier to get into a professional rugby team though. Tis alot harder to become a big football name.

    Whaaa?

No worries their Joe! It did the same to mine when i dragged them down Shipley Glen hill. They went real quiet and lifeless. It was just the heat and extreme friction that had caused it. I jus set up my brake again on the train, and lightly dragged it again for a bit, getting rid of any crap, and it was sorted again. Try using a bit of water on your rim when you drag your brake, to keep the heat down?
  13. I didn't particually like the song, or the repeated slow-mo sidehops.... But you've improved lots since your last vid. Didnt like the Toxsin either! Twas sooo good i didn't even realise you had a piss-pot on til the second viewing!

Yep. Compared to the Try-all, is lower rolling, thicker sidewalls and alot springier. It doesn't cheese off my rim, and you can feel the spring when you prelaod. Its about the same weight as a Try-all. It is pretty grippy, seeing as its about 60a compound. Didn't have any problems with it being waxy though.

Hopefully, i Should have mine tomorrow. Dave@TartyBike said they was pretty much the same to the old echo tyres except they have alot stiffer sidewalls, about as thick as Maxxis CC and a little narrower. Pretty much the same price as well, £20

Did anyone else think Blair Witch Project at the end? Bout time you made a video, it stops u bmxing that way!
  20. Fat biff said he's going, so lets see if he turns up....
  21. Its lower down, stiffer rear end, with the one-piece bb shell. Same chain stay length, and i don't think it has higher bb rise.
  22. Absolutely shocking. And your representing Woodman?
  23. Me + Dumun and possibly others will be In Leeds for the 23rd So be there people!
  24. The Cnc'd backings are higher then the plastic ones. Same length. The pads are pretty easy to change and refill. The width of them is a little fatter, so they fit a lot more snug in your cylinders. This stops your pads from rocking, which increases bite while maximises pad life. Since they cannot rock like plastic backings, then ends so not wear as squewif(sp). They may cost a lot more, but see it as more of an investment. Its cheaper to buy refills, then it is to buy new pads, so you get brake pads for less, and help to recycle, buy not buying plastic backings.
  25. I didn't expect that! Super big gaps, which is what i like to see Some very amazing riding
