  1. I've got a Hussefelt bar/stem combo on one my bikes... I personally like the width and sweep of the bar but it is definitely on the heavy side. Just depends how much you care about weight...
  2. Hi everyone, My name's Bede (pronounced 'bead'), I'm 18, and I'm looking to get to get back into trials having learnt the basics on a T-Pro a few years back. I've spent most of my life in rural Somerset but have recently moved up to Manchester to study for my degree. Seeing as I broke my T Pro long ago and my XC bike would be pointless here, I'm bikeless at the moment and am finding it very frustrating! I'm looking to spend £500-£1000 on a new bike but would consider buying 2nd hand. I haven't decided on wheel size yet... I've ridden MTBs a lot but loved the manoeuvrability of my old 20" T-Pro. I also wondering whether my height (6'2.5") has a say in this as well. And then there's the Fourplay... I've just spent a good couple of hours browsing the forum and am itching to buy a bike and get riding again!
  3. Hi there, I've had this problem with the the Magura Martas on my XC bike a couple of times. I've remedied it by sliding an old stanley blade between the pads and prising them apart. Obviously you need to be wary of doing this as you could damage things if you're ham fisted. A lot of brakes will suck air into the system when the calipers over extend, so you might need to bleed the brake after you've got the pads apart. It's easily done and hasn't caused me any major problems in the past, but try to make sure the levers can't move when your bike's in the back of your car/cab etc. I suppose it's possible that turning the bike upside down may have done it as well...
