Got some really cool features like Cover flow, and the split screen menus like on the classic 'pods. let me know what you think, thought id be boring and safe and go for silver. when did the problem start? The first thing you could try is a systme restore, which basically takes your computer back in time to a certain point and restores it to those settings, you'll often find this fixes most menial problems, that is if infact, the problem is software or driver based. Anyway, to perform this: Start > All programs > Accessories > System tools > System restore. It will then ask you what date you would like to restore back to, so just to be on the safe side make it a day or two before you started noticing the problems if it gives you the options. It gives you the options of days when the last system checkpoint was created. The second option I would suggest that is slightly more drastic is to re-install the drivers, which might work. and if it doesnt i believe you can always just perform a system restore and it will reset everything. (i will point out im not entirely confident with this procedure as im no i.t whizz so if its the wrong idea someone please say so this guy doesnt ruin his laptop more lol) To do this go to Start > Control panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager then you should see a list of things, open the one thats named IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers then you should see two atleast two things, the Primary IDE channel and the secondary IDE channel. right click them both and check the 'properties' to see if theres anything out of the ordinary, if not right click them and uninstall. I think the computer will then promt you to re-boot and then it should automatically re-install the drivers for you. if not, do the restore like i said. anyways, hope these work for you and arnt complete rubbish lol. This might be a long shot, but im making an advert for uni and im basing it on an advert that was on about 6 months ago I think, and i need to find it, or atleast find out what it was for. Basically, the advert was aload of clips set in winter, of people slipping over, banging thir heads, and there was a policeman getting hit by a snowball at the end and a robin sneezing I think. Im pretty sure it was for some cold and flu medicine of some sorts. Anyone remember it? ta J

Hey, my friend just bought a belkin wlan adpator (little usb wireless stick thing), i have the same one and it works fine. The problem is that she cannot for the life of her get it to install the drivers. ive tried eeeeverything, downloading new ones, installing without the boot software on the cd and downlading seperate zip folders with the drivers in but nothing works at all. its the rt73.sys file that is apparently 'missing' but it isnt. anyone had any experience with these or this problem? any help muchos appriciatos. J

Hey, ive just moved into a new flat at uni which is really nice and all that but weve just realised it doesnt have any internet ports at all. All it has is one bt phone socket next to the door, the old type that you plugged dial up into i suppose. So am just wondering if it is at all possible to recieve Broadband through one of these sockets, obviously it will be a BT subscription. Also, has anyone has any experience with bt for internet and if so, are they any good? any recomended packages for 4 students? Ta very much like. J

Spiffing. Racial political correctness gone mad, i.e. black people saying certain things to each other but getting pissed when white people say it.. its one or the other guys, make up your mind. And i agree with another point, black comedians thinking its ok to be quite openly racist to whites on stage knowing full well if the situation was reversed the white guy would be lynched.
