  7. i rubbed some magic fairy dust on my rims once worked a treat for a few weeks then replaced my pads with an actual fairy now they make a ouch and a squeel noise

  9. never heard that one before,think they winding you up,what pads are you running?are your pads hitting the rims dead flat and do you run grinds etc

  14. im running croco browns on front and rear but on front with trialtech forks and a worn grind are unbearable loud realy does my head in,was riding sum natty yest and realy wanted sum earplugs to fall out of sky and into my ears.but on the plus side they are mental shard pads with buckets full of bite
  15. if its a tensile 96,my lockring came loose a few weeks back and was making a grinding noise as it wasnt running true and had play,i just stripped it down cleaned out ,re greased bearings and a bit of rohloff hub oil on the pawls now works a treat with no problems.duno if any help to you

    me to 2.4 big betty evo gg dh and 2.1 folding nobby nic, best tyres ever ridden and yeah they last,well the front has but only put rear on lstnite but have no doubts it will have good wear life

    i fitted a schwalbe big betty 2.4 evolution downhill to my bike last nite and rode it today and thought it was an excellent tyre,iv been running high rollers st for past 3months and much prefer the betty,sidewalls much more robust and it took sum hard hits today at 10psi and no niggles at all wud highly recommend in my opinion
  20. i used to run a xtr setup on front few years back with heatsink cnc backings with coust rubber and they were absolutely crazy sharp def recommend

  22. have you tried fisher outdoor leisure?there the uk distributer for avid dont know weather they will deal with public but worth a try

  24. i have a white limey 3 i got in november whats this problem with the top tubes on them are they bending or something first i heard about it til i just read this
