I'll be there again I NEED SOME HELP!! unless the pasta/macaroni/spaghetti is whole wheat it is still simple carbs. Bagels are as well. Corn as well- just sugar.... but anything is better than just eating candy and getting your carbs from sugars. If the pasta/bread is white - its simple carbs, if its dark (wheat) its complex. Shouldn't matter for most people but I'm just nitpicking =)
