I'll be there again I NEED SOME HELP!! I want to come to england right after koxx days so I'm asking for help here, if anyone can give me info on what I should do to get back up to england and make my way to london I would appreciate it....anyone have room for me in a car or room for me in their house?! I'd like to finally film/photograph english riders, it would be great fun for me oh and the camp is REALY REALLY cheap- 7 days of lodging + riding and instruction, + 3 meals a day for 300 USD is really cheap....thats what it was last year.

unless the pasta/macaroni/spaghetti is whole wheat it is still simple carbs. Bagels are as well. Corn as well- just sugar.... but anything is better than just eating candy and getting your carbs from sugars. If the pasta/bread is white - its simple carbs, if its dark (wheat) its complex. Shouldn't matter for most people but I'm just nitpicking =)

The koxx camp is actually a really good deal, like 300 usd for 6 days of lodging, food (3 meals) and riding with the best....I will buy you alcohol though matt...I could get you some pedals, they'll probably be shit though Get me drinking, if you are amiable or a friend on the net, I'll start buying all kinds of shit oh and x-mass was great...got a very nice ditigal SLR camera that I'm playing with I'm still on vacation till january 6th, after that its all business till koxx days...make it out there matt...you too joe
