  1. Does this mean the site is almost ready??
  2. For good pads I'd recommend some heatsink yellows, google heatsink for the website!
  3. If there's any decent 2nd hand ones about for the same price get one of them but if not I would just get the onza. I've got Echo TR's on my stock and was gonna get the same for the mod but couldn't afford to spend that much as it was only supposed to be a bit of a toy for when I was bored but it gets a lot more use than the stock now and the hubs spot on!
  4. At a guess I'd say it's either a bit loose and/or needs a good grease up on the BB threads and the spindle.
  5. I'm running Onza sealed front and rear on my mod as I didn't wanna spend too much and they do the job great!
  6. 2 ½yr old who is currently buzzing around on a trainer bike while I figure out what bike to get him next and another due on 1st November. Frank loves coming out with me on his bike, getting him trained up on hopping up and riding off big kerbs and stuff!
  7. You got pics of the crack?? Is it not weldable?
  8. I'm running these on both my mod and stock and find them good http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190439072773 Big improvement over my standard hope's once these had bed in properly, on old style trials.
  9. If it was me (and it is basically as this is what I did) I'd get an Echo TR fixed rear hub, trialtech 15t screw on sprocket, echo SL front freewheel, whatever bashring takes your fancy, and then try and pick up some 2nd hand cranks off here. If you were to buy cranks new as well then get some trialtech sport forged 175mm and an ISIS bottom bracket if you haven't already got one fitted.

    New Hs33 Brake

Thats fair enough but it still seems weird to market 2 identical brakes purely on their colour scheme, then again they've been in the game a lot longer than me so obviously have there reasons!
  11. Ah right I'm with you! Sounds like when I got some new forks for my stock, swapped them over and when I refitted the front wheel my front disc had instantly gone wank, wouldn't work at all!

    New Hs33 Brake

Bit of an odd setup then making them exactly the same bar the finish, why not produce 1 and just offer it with either a 2 or 4 finger lever and be done with it?
  13. This is probably your best bet, TPA wouldn't affect the bite of the brake really just how far you have to pull the lever
  14. Had a bit of Golden Girls - Kinetic (Prok & Fitch Golden Shower Remix) on the way to work. Proper bit of oldskool classic house!
  15. Don't know but my short 07 python is quality. Although I'm absolute toss at static stuff, more into going at stuff straight to rear wheel from rolling but it's quality for that. Like having a rocket strapped between your legs, absolutely flies up walls!
  16. Agree with the above, don't buy a skull, do buy a SL FFW and as for bottom bracket if your running ISIS I'd get either an Echo TR or Tryall.
  17. In that case then you just want a normal v brake booster as that will definately fit
  18. You have 2 options really, measure up the gap between the 2 top bolts and see if there's any 2 bolt boosters on tartybikes that would fit or get a normal v brake booster and use that. If you wanted to use a normal V brake booster though you'd have to get rid of the quick release clamp on your evo mount and just get another normal one like the left side with a matching bolt to screw it on with, if you understand what I mean??!! I can draw you a pic if needs be, and I've got a few spares that I'd be willing to give you for nowt as I'm never gonna need them! Mods let me know if this is ok as I know there's no buying/selling!
  19. Will have to have a measure up when I get home in the morning then, will have to find some other parts to swap in order to make up for the massive weight of the rear as well!!
  20. I'm looking at getting some new tyres for my control as I'm still running my old irc's from years back. The problem is the kujo on the rear looks quite tight in the frame and thats only a 2.35 whereas I'm thinking of getting the try all stiky for the rear which is a 2.5. I know tartybikes has an image showing the measurements of the tyres width and height but thats on a 47mm rim and mines only a 44mm so I'm not sure how far out the measurements would be on my rim. Any advice?? And before people say get a conti the reason I'm after some try alls is cause of the cheap offer tartys has on them!
  21. It's a short, and now even more uber pimped with a silver hope trial caliper and lever body with luvverly red bore cap, lever blade and reservoir cover! Will get some decent res pics of this and my Control up next week after I've moved house!
  22. Yup thats the one I'm thinking of, not sure if it's still going or not?? Used to be a big place in terms of comps and stuff years ago. Found this when I googled it but it doesn't really shed any light on the place! http://www.dirtworld.com/trails/trail.asp?id=13199
  23. Furthest I've gone is to check in at work to see what it was really
