  1. Well so far I've not got around to buying a camera yet as other things have come up but last week I got my son a camera for his birthday. He likes using my Sjcam so I got him a new SJcam M10, it's their version of the GoPro session but with a screen, cost just over £40 for a real one off Amazon and I'm well impressed. It comes with a waterproof case and all sorts of mounts and the sound quality is a huge improvement to the 4000. Even in the case the sound is clear and it comes with a speaker friendly door to improve it further (though you can't use it underwater with that fitted obviously). Definitely worth checking out for the money!
  2. What the f**k happened to @JD™'s profile pic?
  3. I think we should all follow the example of the state of California!
  4. Personally I'd say that there's a chance you are too small, I'd take Flipps advice and look at an Alias.

  6. @Lewis Gethingis worth a look on Instagram (and I assume Facebook). Don't think he rides anymore but he goes around the world filming and photographing for all sorts of people
  7. Anyone else find the forum running painfully slow when posting? I'm assuming that it's not just me due to the sheer amount of multiple posts that have been made the last few weeks
  8. When you tighten a tensioner it has the ability to rotate, if you put a washer in there it makes it so that you can tighten the tensioner locked into a specific position.
  9. Eddie, most of the old school started out and did pretty well on 13" mountain bikes with the seats slammed. Get something built up and get riding!
  10. Did and still do, first thing I did when I got it!
  11. Should be able to ditch the tensioner altogether
  12. You're always gonna struggle with a hydraulic on V adaptors. I'd stick a V brake on with possibly a shimano booster.

    Films!?

Yes, watched that with the wife last week. Kept seeing the poster which intrigued me and I'm glad we went for it. Next one for me is gonna be Hunt for the Wilderpeople!

    Films!?

I can't get excited by Doctor Strange with no previous knowledge of it, I think that's where Marvel are starting to go wrong by making movies of absolutely everything they can think of!
  16. Where you move to in the end boy, you never said!
  17. Yeah respect where it's due but I'd at least have fitted some safer pedals!
  18. You got all us on here too don't forget!
  19. Leave it with me and I'll probably message you on IG as it's the easiest way for me
  20. First thing to note is the warmup/cooldown. Basically if you're gonna be doing full body workouts then you want to warm your whole body up and not just your legs. Think of working on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being fresh as a daisy and 10 being absolutely slogging your guts out, you want to warm up either on a rower or X-trainer for 3-5 mins building yourself up to around a level 6-7 (maybe heart rate around 135-150bpm). Again for the cool down maybe get on a bike or treadmill and slowly lower your heart rate over the space of about 5 mins, working from your workout rate of level 7-8 down to about a 3. If you want I'd be happy to come up with a couple of workout plans for you to try out, would be doing me a massive favour more than anything as I need to get people trying stuff out and some feedback on it all!
  21. Rockhopper is finally built, needs a new saddle and possibly dropper depending on how much use it gets. Other than that though it's sorted. All 2nd hand bar one of the tyres, chain, cassette and chainring.
