f**king youth of today, just had a run in with two scrotes eyeing up mine and a mates motor at work. Wankers

Not 100% sure yet but I've got 4 months to claim my prize. Whatever it is will probably be a bigger project but a 3hr head start will help. Have a look at some of her stuff here https://instagram.com/jo.socha_tattoo?igshid=2vvg6z1z645w Told the mother in law I was gonna get some hair tattooed on my head and she actually believed me....
-
Nah not like that at all, it's just more the fact my wife is worried what other parents will think of her
-
Just been tagged on FB that I've won a 3hr tattoo sitting with an awesome local artist!

Took son for haircut as I do every time it needs doing as my wife can't be arsed with the moaning or the waiting. Son asks for star shaved in side of his head which barber obliges. Doesn't do amazing job but my son is really pleased with it so I'm happy. Get home, wife not impressed with ropey star so gone off her f**king nut at me asking why I didn't complain and why I paid for it at the end. Not arsed whatsoever that my son is happy and I didn't want to upset him in a packed barbers when he already has a bit of anxiety about getting his hair cut....

I'd have thought if it's the front of your shoulders there'll be a grip and pulling element affecting you. Like Ali says the position of your arms and the bike in the vid show you're pulling to keep the front end up rather than balancing, you should be able to hold the balance on the rear wheel for a second or two without hopping if you're in the right position. Another thing that I think will be adding to it is it sounds like the rear brake is slipping slightly which would cause you to squeeze the bars and brake lever harder than you need which again will be adding pressure on to your bicep and shoulders. I can send you a video showing a really easy stretch for the front of your shoulder if you want? Should help a bit, let me know

What do you mean by strain? Is there a specific place where it hurts and is it made worse by certain movements (on or off the bike)?

Hip hop was after my time Really makes me want a 26 with a seat reading these, watched GET2 the other day and was wondering what half these guys are doing nowadays? Is Jack Meek still a brand or has he turned back into a person?? Sure I saw he was doing something like landscape gardening??? -
In my opinion yes, it's a later model with rear disc mount and you can buy custom linkages to increase the travel without destroying the geometry!

Oh dear god..... Also, if you're gonna post a muscle-up video, post a muscle-up video

Glad you (nearly) sorted it, especially after all the work Red has had!

Everything I've found says it's belt related either water pump or cambelt too tight

Fantastic tutorial thanks, will get this pinned!

I like Dunc's vids as there's always more of a trials element than full on street riding. Waterpark does seem like the place where after dark it turns into an underground fight to the death kind of setup

Cnut, I got stung for almost the same
-
Agreed, only £25 as well!

Try and get hold of an old Echo SL front for the rear. Double wall, relatively lightweight, immense grindability and strong. Mines so wide I have to run worn down pads on the front

What bars and forks are you running? Only thing I'd look to change purely from that pic is the cranks as I remember a few people snapping them a few years ago.

In less expensive topics, got some new (to me) forks to replace the standard cheapo Rockshox on my Jamis. Set at 140mm so I get an extra 20 from standard and man does it make a difference! Feel it needs some Raceline Magura MT's now to match the stickers and pedals
-
That half pedal is unreal!

Read this thread then saw Jack Carthys latest IG post......

Bought some tapered forks off ebay to go in my tapered Jamis Dakar mtb, pulled forks out today to fit new ones and they're bloody 1⅛" with a reducer crown race so got to order a new bloody headset cup before I can fit the new ones
