Click Here you were the one who wanted the ride to be this sunday so you better make the effort and come.. Olly. -
I went from a Long Python down to a Long Team to get a more fun to ride bike that didn't end up in me acheing so much at the end of rides, So far its been a good desicion I went with a Long Team mainly so it wasn't too much of a change so I can still do most of the big moves but also have the flicky fun thing going on when I ride alone, which is alot. If I went to short and it hindered my ability to go big, I might regret it, Im also 6ft 1 so having to smaller bike may make it feel cramped or ache my back. Im happy with my setup now though, its nice and comfy and fun to ride. Olly.

Joey Joey Joey, you know I love you, I forgot you had a camera to be fair and I knew you were coming already and was like that happy. Hense asking Todge to bring his camera like he did last time.. and I need some Snail Cams off him too. Hopefully the weather will be ok, Saturday was great this week, but Sunday was a bit misty, so its still very much off-on weather, well we'll see what its like nearer the time if it is predicted wet and gh3y then there isn't much point in making the effort BUT lets hope for the best Olly. -

Yea usually its around 11.00-11.30 that everyone meets, we should probably get some mobile numbers sorted this time so we can tell where each group is, last time me and Todge were waiting around for an hour only to find the rest of you had already grouped up. Todge if you make it along we should try and get some good footage together Olly. -
Anyone want to ride this coming Sunday if the weathers good? Getting used to my Team now so hopefully should be some fun Shout here if your intrested Patt, Si Sagar, Joe, Sam showed some intrest 2 weeks back, hopefully you can all make it along with the regulars and a few others maybe. Todge you may have to bring me some snail cams Cheers Olly.

Possibly not, almost certainly in a few minutes someone will post a picture of the green Monty X-Lite from back in '00 that had this setup on the back of the frame. Ultimately its too much hassle for what its worth, it'd probably require extra support on that stay aswell, when normal brakes setup properly have been proven to be great for lock, or modulation, or however you chose to run your brakes. Olly.

Top video Mr. Todge! Your riding really has improved so much in the last year, love the style aswell hopefully that'll carry over into your 24" riding, the video was very crisp and relaxed, liked the wood section alot, nice angles and stuff. Looking forward to seeing the next video Olly.

What frame lenght you riding L or S? Im almost certain your bars are Monty? Is the stem too? Pretty nice video, some big moves but nice locations for them, song seemed to fit aswell. Cheers Olly

lol, what are you talking about he was so silent with those taps Those back to front things I learnt the other day, it was more to avoid a car than anything really, I learnt them by rolling to back wheel on the edge of a curb then just throw your weigh over the bars and your bike backwards, kind of slams hard on your wrists sometime though. The video was pretty neat, liked the moves, reminds me of me riding a bit, alone, wet, not great place to ride just thinking up tricks and lines to do on the little I have. But seriously you look like you've lost a hell of alot of weight? I can't see the whole Fatmike thing sticking for you much longer no-one will know who to look for at rides. Good video Olly.

Calm down Si.. We'll organise a ride here soon, theres a few people that wanted to come back and a few that missed the last ride, I'll post a thread for a ride on a sunday sometime tomorrow, maybe the week after this one. The weathers utterly pants here atm anyways, I wouldn't ride my village let alone go to town to ride Cambs. Olly.

The video really was impressive, a great mix of riding, culture and perspective from riders, the video seemed to give the viewer the sense of style each different rider was going for and the sections seemed very personalised. Another good thing was no matter how big or small the moves were they always came across very well and looked good, sometimes quite hard to achieve even on big moves. I like the 24" section menus, and the outro menu of 24" where it was flashing through the letters. I used to think when you were bringing out experimental short videos a while back that you were just putting too much effort into trying to make the video look good, and in some cases showcasing the riding suffered, but this was on a whole different level, the video has your style about it and the riding still comes across very well, you can see how much effort went into making this video but the effort very much paid off. I loved Shrewers section and the rest of the sections were very good aswell. All round top effort though Jonny definately worth the wait, next time maybe bring the video out of the blue Trial Media doesn't need hyping up, when its out its top when its not people get frustrated in anticipation Cheers Olly

Loved that video guys, thats the style Im trying ro lean more towards these days and try and put the fun back into riding, so this video came at the right time for me, Im just trying to alter my pure trials setup bike back into something alteast able to do this kind of stuff. Cheers Olly.

Shwing! Just incase your looking for that kind of setup I've ridden both that and the Fubar and rather biasedly based I suppose I prefer the WTP it feels and look more.. nice. Olly.
