Cant beat water first thing in the morning after a heavy night out. Even better if you drink a few pints before you go to bed to minimise the hangover- but i never remember :)

er i think it was 25 although i only counted it quickly, and im not 100% sure all the observers stamped it corectly when i looked at it at the end so maybe i ll get 100 penalty points or something :- never mind, a lot of people me included always drop the most stupid of dabs :mellow:

cant really do much about the weather though :mellow: I liked the sections i rode (blue) apart from number one which could barely be called a section :- They were fun, and not too long for the unfit riders like me! the cues got very annoying at one point but thats hard to deal with with only 7 sections. But i have never been to another YMCA round so cant compare. Hope i can make the next one now

why do they still teach algebra at school (Y) surely they should be teaching more practical maths thats more useful for every day life? if people want to do algebra and the like they can do it at college. If you arent naturally good at stuff like that, then its a matter of doing practice questions over and over until you get it. Try GCSE bitesize as Smo recommended- might have some practice questions on there.

that was awesome (Y) was in the biggest pub in the city which was absolutely rammed full of people watching the game. Id lost my voice by the end of it. Wont forget that one in a while. oh and if you look at the replay that save by Dudek didnt just hit him he moved his hand to beat it out. Still had to have luck but was a stunning double save!!!

right this is annoying :D my book seems to have a slighltly different way of calculating the S.D (it did have how to do it the long way but not how to quickly on calc) basically the same as what somberlaine said but divide by n-1 not n i think this has something to do with whether the group of data is from a population or sample. anyway thats fine and i can work it out by hand. But aimed at Tomm especially- dont suppose there is anyway to change the quick calculation method to allow for this? basically your way is very good but it allows for divided by n and not n-1 and i get a slightly different answer (Y) thanks for any help
