  2. Foxhill is east swindon, just up the road from wanborough. Ayrton Jack is the lad i met out on the bikes, he seams to know everyone.
  3. i live in foxhill, only know the one young lad that rides swindon, i dont get out as often as i want due to work, but i do try to ride at least once over the weekend!
  4. my mate had his bikes nicked, and just thought id post up here just incase any of you guys may come across these. The bikes are a Trek Scratch Air 9 and a Marin Palisades Trail. The Trek has a very high value and is pretty rare, so hoping it will show up somewhere. pics are on this link.. http://s9.zetaboards.com/Shed_motorsport/topic/7286103/1/#new if any one could help please contact me via a pm or matpewsey@hotmail.com thanks guys James
  5. i voted, got the rest of the family to vote too!!! good luck joe!
  6. The blue headset is from my orange, since it's not fully built ATM I thought it be better used on my zoo. I know the pink rims will be a marmite thing but I wanted a colour that stands out, and iv already had green before, plus I got them very cheap. The bike rides really well now, I'm really happy with it
  7. i saw it, jack meek was one of the riders! nice bit of air time!
  8. iv just had a big make over on my bike! new bars, head set, stem, chain, forks, front brake, rimz, spokes, rear hub sprocket, pads check it out..... bike before after i cant wait to get on some road trips and get some big moves snapped up
  9. what was the point in that, iv made alot of friends on this forum from ride meets and this was just an easy way of communicating to them all. their is no rule in asking for my friends to vote, and what harm will it to have a few extra votes from other biking enthusiasts? if you actually look on the website, there is a space to give yourself a plea for votes, and everyone has done this on each others.
  10. thanks dan, thats your opinion matt.
  11. Hey I Hope your all well, Will u do me a huge favour and vote for my daughter she is currently 12th out of 3000 babies in a cute baby competition but we need loads of extra votes id really appreciate it if you could. My link Thanks guys!!!!
  12. Shame im at work, as i live in Swindon, but dont know of any riding spots.
  13. if the baby hasnt droped by then, then i could well be up for this, i was thinking of doing a ride on sunday anyway!
  14. Great vid!! I liked the intro of the rocks ESP!
  15. More like 7/8 years ago, it will be good to ride the rocks again! RIP Gav!
  16. You said you were riding Swindon Sunday you gay!
  17. I brought a replacement seat from air valley cycles, but that was a good 6years ago, so I'm sure there about, might take a few phone calls
  18. R.I.P Gavin! I knew Gavin back in the days when he rode the pashley 26mhz and early Ashton models! This must be when he was around 16, as he didnt drive back then. He was a powerful rider and had no fear when it came to the big gaps and drops on the rocks in porthcrawl especially in the wind! Big respec my friend! My love goes out to all your family and friends!! James
  19. What age frame are you looking for?? I know of a mk3 Ashton frame that will be for sale soon and a very good condition old skooll echo frame, both going for pocket money prices
  20. I have the zoo, I chose it as I wanted a cheap strong frame as I snapped my atomz which was awesome! The ride is good on the zoo, wish it has a slightly higher bb height, I'd like to try the short length to see if I get on better, but if I was to buy another frame I'd be looking at a monty or rockman if your ever in the area your welcome to have a go on it
  21. The bike was fully built i do recall as I saw it the other week. Not sure what the spec was but it had all top parts. Will keep an eye out, as the justice will be more recognisable than the xc bike I think
  22. HAHA, YOUR ALL SHIT!!!!! iv seen some much better riders in newbury!!! hahahahahahaha _____________________________________________________________ Warned.
  23. Realy nice bike to ride, i think a booster on the rear would help. i only rode mine a handful of times before mine cracked behind the gusset on the down tube. though my bike was 3rd hand, and iv not been riding long, and i dont know what the previous did on it. This would not put me off buying another one, as i realy liked the ride feel, and the paint job makes it look like a more expensive bike than it is. few pics here in this album..... http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=1280...mp;id=701291050
  24. My Kona, i want to change the saddle, as its rock hard after a few hours riding, and the brakes are shocking, so iv got rid of them. Can anyone recomend a good set of lights for riding along the trails at night???? budget is around £100 a bad pic, but the only one i got of a GT DH bike GT Avalanche, great budget bike
