  1. Forgot about crewkerz, they do make great frames, just a shame to see inpulse changing to the more compy geo
  2. Not happy that they have raised the bb heights, inpulse were the only company that were still making stock frames with decent bb heights (koxx kloud being the only exception i can think of)
  3. He's somehow improved loads, i didnt used to think he could get much better!! was awesome
  4. Awesome video with riding to match! found it really uplifting too
  5. Sweet josh! we will have to sort out a ride soon
  6. Small block 8 was one of the worst tyres i've ever used, no puncture resistance at all
  7. Those cranks look brand new! Bike is lush though, really good spec, do you know if they are the older rockbars? they have the same graphics as mine but a 3k weave as appose to UD
  8. No not particularly, i ride with Kyle most weekends and have done for a good few years now Red Walls will be knocked down soon, white walls and angry man have already gone along with a few more spots, and the rest of the spots left in Brum don't compare to other cities like Bristol, same can be said with Nottingham, asides from the amphitheatre theres just not that much decent riding. They are definitely not the best places to ride anymore, which is unfortunate seeing as they are two of my close cities!
  9. I wouldn't recommend a trip to either, near enough everything has been knocked down in Birmingham and there is only one decent spot in Notts and it has high security Bristol, Plymouth, Liverpool and Portsmouth would be my top ones to visit
  10. Best style ever! I hope that the new high(er) bb inpulse doesn't ruin it, I wish they would keep to making lower bb frames as no other company does anymore!
  11. That radix looks so clean nick! bet it rides really nice
  12. Why is it that the new rockbars and the new try alls have different geometry, rise and shape then? They look and feel different, i know that they are both ud and that rockman have rebranded try all parts before but they are blatantly not just different graphics
  13. I used to do it to front wheel but i found it slowed my progress, since i have learnt to go to two, side hops improve at a much faster rate (although i cant do them to front wheel anymore), they feel and look a lot cleaner to both as well so i'd recommend that! i learnt by taking my front brake off so i didnt have to rely on it https://vimeo.com/50424281 This is from last summer

The riding is awesome but the bike and set up just look dreadful, it can't be pleasant to roll anywhere on it
  15. Loved that matt! mint video, looked like you guys had a sweet week too!
  16. inpulse r26 2010 also a big fan of the hydroxx 2 stock and limey320 the high bb stocks dont seem to look as nice due to the large stems i think, much prefer the older style bikes
  17. It happens on most brakes, nothing to worry about Why would you have to get new rim with other pads? Too thin?

rode bristol yesterday and got a few clips, hoping to start riding again properly in the summer was just a good laugh really
  21. Just got a new frame with the same length stays as my last one, however I cannot get any tension until the rear axle is almost completely out of the dropouts Same chain, relatively new with little stretch I have tried removing a link but that brought the axle so far forward that the tyre caught on the frame and wouldn't move and i reaaaally don't want to have to run a half link Any ideas on what I can do?
  22. Lacquer or black spray paint, they properly stick them on, you just have to be quick sliding them on as it dries really fast
  23. Envious of your garden setup liam! it looks better to ride that anywhere within 20/30miles of me, haha You seem to switch from bike to bike pretty comfortably too
  24. Yeah i had one previously but the tap broke and i ran out of inserts, i didn't know what exact set it was though so i couldn't get a replacement tap for the particular inserts cheers mate
  25. Yeah there is plenty of spare material on there, still hoping to run M5 bolts so the M5x0.8 kit comes with a M6 tap and the inserts take it back down to the M5 size?
