  1. Me and Charlie ride Leicester quite regularly, just never happen to go when you were I guess
  2. Love the look of both of them, and the bash on the mod is a brilliant idea, takes the extra welds of the bottom tube so they should last longer too.
  3. Yep it does, get some silver forks too, Urbans if you can get em.
  4. Its just that the Comps geo is so good for such a cheap frame, I've had both the frames and the Blade felt nice, but it was way too long for me, i cant (or wont ) ride anything longer than 1010wb at a push. The Comp is spot on, nice and short, high bb, lighter than the Blade and will keep tidier for longer because of the darker colour.
  5. I'm really not a fan of disk, bent rotors and leaking brakes do my nut in, also I love to be able to hear my brake, it lets me know its working properly I'd say dual rim, either 2 Hs33s or rear Hs33 and front vee, both in my opinion are better than disk (as long as you have the correct setup)
  6. Thought I'd give your idea a try and if it didn't work get up some pics for you, but thankfully it did work, just needed something the get the bearings all the way into the back of the hubshell, Cheers.
  7. Got a new bit of wood and it dropped out after a while hammering, now i have it back in but say the bearings are x wide and the cup in the hub shell is x+3mm to accommodate the bearings and the thickness of the endcap i can only get the bearings right to the edge of the hubshell so the endcap sticks out, any solutions?
  8. I have tried using a hammer but it just doesn't seem to move one bit.
  9. Right, so I tried the search bar numerous times and then realised its sh*t and doesn't give you what your looking for. So I have 2 sealed Hubs both with snapped axles (driveside) and i need to remove them, how would I go about this? I have replacement axles but obviously i cant fit them until i can get the old ones out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
  10. Little off topic but can you have 204 points of engagement in any freewheel/hub? As i have just seen it says the profile elite hub and it says 204 engagement points, and i just wondered if that was even possible.
  11. Is the site reliable? As it looks like one of those sites i would be cautious about buying off. EDIT. Just seen Ali's post.
  12. My rockpads work amazing on front and back, but i ant complain 1 bit about my TNN Belaeys on the front now
  13. They are stiff as anything, wouldn't buy anything else now
  14. Rockpads are my only choice, best i have found. But i would be satisfied with either TNN pads too.
  15. I see, i must have been wrong as i didn't receive mien from overseas, not sure what is was then, but if i have some spare cash left after christmas i shall buy some spares and see if i can get one working again. I'm definitely going to so with an SL next time though, simply in order to save most the trouble that most freewheels come tied in with.
  16. I'm not sure how I got though 2 either really, they were both fine at first but slowly deteriorated and needed new pawls in all, and a cracked lock ring. I was told somewhere that i may have got mine from a bad batch made, i think it was someone from supercycles who told me, but that may have something to do with it.
  17. Looks nice, silver forks are best on a 320. But was there really the need for an entire topic about it?
  18. Yeah thats what it is Rob, jacks is the proto me thinks. And Carl, i know what you mean with the comps etc. about the bash, it was pretty easy to cut if off this frame, but also, No bash mount = less welds + less chance of cracking
