  1. Isn't that one of those new BMX chains plated for grinding? Bike looks swish though, really nice!
  2. Got rid of it after a few rides, can't stand disks
  3. Hey, Heading up Leicester tomorrow, bit short notice but anyone around is welcome to come, meet at Crown Courts at 11. Cheers, Paul.
  4. Really nice! i love mine! What rear rim are you running? As I'm using a rather thin rear Onza rim with some rather worn down CNC rockpads and there is plenty of room.
  5. Looks nice mate, white rims would look even better. I just wish TrialTech did those forks in 24''
  6. Cheers guys, will give it a try
  7. Ahh! could be the problem! don't know how I would go about fixing this though as I need a booster but cant fit it with shorter bolts.
  8. I have some TNN clamps on my Echo, they don't have cylinder washers. Every time I set up my pads the cylinders slowly push themselves outwards so the lever comes closer and closer to the bar. The clamps are tightened fully but they wont stay put, every 5 mins light riding they manage to move out 4-5mm. Any ideas on why they wont clamp properly?
  9. Pull out the piston and lubricate it with some Teflon dry lube, should help, or it could be a bad bleed.
  10. There is a shop in Poole that sells loads of Golliwog related stuff. I got a Golliwog pen from there. I think the range was called 'JollyGollys'
  11. With some modification yes EDIT beaten to it
  12. Loving the Golliwog, I must say
  13. Sorry if it came across that way mate, wasn't meant to
  14. Don't think anyone has pointed it towards you mate?
  15. My thoughts exactly, he should be practising balance and control before trying high rails and such. He really is going to do himself some serious damage
  16. If its a Mod then Urbans are defiantly best, very strong and stiff, rear facing mounts and a disk mount. Best you can get.
  17. Cant stand disks personally, can understand them on a Mod, but through experience they still aren't as good as a decent rim break set up. Don't know how well dual disk would work on a Stock, you would defiantly have to have some huge rotors.
  18. Whats the frame? And i love the look of those Sundays too, its the one with the dent resistant downtube right? Trials manufacturers should steal that design!
  19. Higger Tor just outside Hathersage, I think its in the Derby Moors just near Sheffield.
  20. Really love the bike, getting on with it better than the Mod, just need to get used to it now. Quick video filmed on Saturday at Higger Tor Thanks to Tarty for sorting me out with most the parts. Just need to learn some more rolling moves now, as my Mod wasn't amazing for them. Please comment, all constructive criticism welcome. Thanks, Paul.
  21. So much control, and unbelievably smooth! Loved it!
  22. Yeah, makes sense really seeing as its obviously a popular area for walker/hikers etc. What time is everyone getting there?
  23. Cheers mate, its no problem, just a bit of a pain having to re-bleed every few rides, I had greased the piston up and it seemed to work but not very well, Will give it another go, Cheers.
  24. Purchased an 05 Mag from a forum member, gave it a quick re-bleed with the TPA unscrewed all the way. Everything worked fine until I started riding, the piston inside the lever moves in slightly every time I ride, so the lever doesn't touch the piston for a 2-3mm in and then it connects normally again. But it is defiantly not leaking. So i tighten the TPA and it just does it again, until the TPA is all the way in, almost like the water was condensing inside. Also I'm using full braided hosing if it makes a difference? Can anybody help? Maybe using antifreeze instead of water would help?
