    Magura Crack

Here are some pics of the crack.. i have been doing some reading on the material used and it could be down the extreme cold we have had. the magura is one material against another and possible have moved enough to cause stress to the break and to me!

    Magura Crack

Lots to get then Would you sell me the non broken clamp? what colour is it? :$ Will get some pics up tomoz if i have time. the crack is from the screw hole right up to the middle of the clamp. its a strage looking crack as the metal is discoloured.

  10. Just cleaned my bike for the first time to find a crack in my magura clamp Its the Echo SL http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=74 Anybody else had this happen or is it just me? They have worked so well for the past few months but at almost £38 for a new set im thinking would i notice the diffrence on a lower grade clamp? Any thoughts would be great
  11. I use car seat belts!! have not had a pucture since
  12. this link has all the info on any bike related law!! to much to write but intresting stuff http://www.bikeforall.net/content/cycling_and_the_law.php assult!!! This goverment is twisted
  13. Hi, try and get to you local bike shop and ask for a bike box!! you can put frame and fork in but make sure you wrap it in bubble wrap and as much to protect it as possible. i tent to zip tie the fork to the frame to stop it from causing any damage to the frame. as to posting the frame your best bet is to go to the post office they offer good postage costs. you can get cost from this link http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm. i sent some wheels with royal mail to italy it cost me £36 recorded
  14. Halfords £4.99 bmx grips are the best!!! i use them on all my bikes dont make your hands sticky, they last ages and are soft yet not to thick so no movement in the rubber. And there £4.99 cant go wrong
  15. If it were me i would go with the oil made for the brake! HS33 you need royal blood, the germans know there stuff!! If the brake was made for water or anti freeze it would come with it as standard thats my thinking.. This will also cover you for any leaks or faults with the brake, well for 5 years anyway
  16. You should split it up and sell, might make more money that way!! if you do i want your fun bolts!!
  17. Great vid!! like everyone else says the bail is good but a helmet would finish of the look! Was that in leeds at the art gallery?
  18. Could you explain why please?! Might be something i need to do with mine!
  19. I ues a +20 and a + 40 adaptors on my DH bike, this has given the option to have larger rotors and better braking! Dont think it will hit your spokes as the closer to the rim you get the closer in the spoke sit from the hub.
  20. we have 4 or 5 inches and its just started again.
