  1. I'd argue my point with some sexual photo's but i genuinely cant be arsed!
  2. You're a pleb. BBS = best oem wheel of all time. They came on the g60 and as a special option on gti's. Most bbs rims are re split and fitter with wider dishes to improve the stance. Nuff said.
  3. + = get it dealt with you pussy's. God.
  4. The esbjorn svennson trio are properly unbelievably good! Ryan adams has been alright recently too.
  5. Probably finding out my mum wasn't going to die. Ther've been happier ones too ob viously but that one sticks out. Second best i'd say was flying over alaska before spending a week there with my family.
  6. Awesomo guys, all that money on tuition and you sound pleased to be only getting a few hours a week! I'd sooner be tied into more hours than have so much free time.
  7. Check your soundcard is operating properly by going. Control Panel>System>Hardware> Click on whatever your soundcard is and it will say "The device is working properly" if it says it isn't then rollback the driver, or install driver off cd, and see if that helps. That would be the first thing to check. The reason you can hear static is because there will be a certain degree of electrical interference through the other bits of hardware in the pc which is amplified by the speakers because they aren't receiving any other signal. Hope this helps.. James edit: without sounding condascending click on the speaker icon in your toolbar and make sure nothing is muted.

Well done for actually emailing them about it. It's ridiculous to think about how many people within the company would have seen that bike/pictures of it before it went to print and that not a single person noticed the error. James
  9. Good luck man. Hope you've recovered well enough to persue your passion!
  10. It sounds like you're gonna buy this car regardless of what people say. But honestly, look around, view a few cars from different manufacturers, ask about on a few car forums or find a family friend who is a mechanic, then when you've looked at a few and you're sure you've found the best you can for the money - buy a car. Otherwise you'll just get buyers remorse, which will manifest into extensive faliure sheets come mot time and a very empty feeling wallet - especailly with french cars! Hope you find something appropriate.
  11. You could get a much better car for the money by the sounds of things, sounds to me like a bit of a banger! For £300 you could get something much better!

  19. I have posted a thread on e38 where he had a build thread for his golf, informing them of the accident. Here Still can't really convey how tragic this is. I hope it is ok with his family for me to have let the forum know. I hope his family read the comments here and find some comfort in knowing how highly he was thought of James
  20. I hope someone can finish the mini he worked so hard on as a tribute to his life..
  21. Worked with Oli and had a good friendship with him through riding and through our shared interest in V.W's. Nothing was ever too much for him and he was sincerely one of the most genuine and friendly people I have ever met. An intelligent and inspiring young man who will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Oli. My greatest condolences go out to his family Such a tragedy. James
  22. You'll be riding that Bmx next
  23. Boxing is not childish bloodsport. It requires a massive amount of disipline and commitment, yes it ends up in a lot of people getting brain damaged and injured, agreed. However, I doubt most professional boxers are likely to have been doctors or engineers had they not gone down the path of boxing. I train twice a week with my s.u boxing club and before anyone stereotypes all boxers as loutish thugs I will testify that everyone I have met who trains at my club are gentlemen. I have met some inspiring and brilliant people who have taught me perseverance and disipline through boxing and the general atmosphere cannot be beaten after three hours of adreneline fueled exercise! Everyone is completely pumped afterward. Never have I seen anyone loose their temper in a spar and from what I can tell most people seem to have a very warped view of boxing generally. My advice is to get down to your local club and watch a training session. If you think you could experience the same 'sport' in watching drunks ruck in the street I'd say you were shortsighted to the point of disbelief. Just my two cents.
