  1. Look's really good mate, the general look reminds me a bit of Edd Tongues old Pashley. Glad to see a proper seat and gears on there too (Y) Join the revolution. James
  2. Ok with a little help from someone, well a lot of help (big thanks you know who you are) It's all sorted. ADAWARE gets rid of the main bug with a full system sweep. Just make sure you quarantine all critical and negligable bugs just to make sure. I did it twice just to make sure as I'm on a network and didn't want to cause any other issues. After running adaware you will need to restart your pc. If you get a window like - Make sure you click cancel. This is a part of a virus so if you let it run then you're gonna have problems. Once you've done this you need to go, Start Menu > Run > Type "msconfig" You should get a window up which you will need to go to the "Startup" tag on. You will get a window like this - All of the boxes should be checked and you will need to uncheck the following: Make sure the commands are the same however, and don't bugger with anything or it's curtains. Now you need to click apply and once you quit it will prompt you to restart, do so and once you've booted up you should get a window asking about the changes made, click ok, uncheck the box etc and providing it all went ok the virus should be gone. If anyone has any corrections on the above then please post as I'm simply regurgitating what I was told first hand. James
  3. Just an old picture from back in 2002, taken in weymouth in the summer. I like it as it just reminds me of the summer nights where you can ride late into the evening and it's nice and quiet and the weather's great. Roll On Summer James

    Msn Virus

Hey I assume you all know the one I mean. It's the "Rofl is this you" sends link, if you click it it buggers you properly. I know i'm a tard for clicking it but I'd much appreciate it if anyone could show me how to get rid of it, or suggest a program or something Any information appreciated. James
  5. The On-One road frame is called the Il Pompino which in Italian is...... James
  6. Only thing with those is they have a single pinch bolt which is shite basically. I seem to remember you could get "Jawbone" 3 piece cranks from Stowes cycles in mbuk aaaages ago, providing the bearings are ok quality these would be fine. They're based on a fairly fundamental design which can't really be deviated from too much so it would probably be okey cokey. If you can stretch though Nic, you'd might as well save up for some lovely Profile goodness which any BMXER will tell you are the bollocks. At £120 starting price they are well out of you're range though. I suppose it's just down to you. Talk on msn if you have any queries dude. James
  7. Just practice your technique, everyone has a different way of boosting themselves higher so just practice one smaller walls to find what you're most comfortable with, then work up. Are you using the bump technique? Many riders swear by it as the force of your wheels smacking the wall gives you extra lift for the backwheel, almost as though theres a kicker there. I think the main point with the bump is to get your timing spot on and you should just magically land on top. Watch other riders techniques as said and it should become fairly obvious. If you aren't yet comfortable with the bump just exaggerate your standard technique as much as possible, really throw your bike up underneath you and look where you need to land. There's a limited amount of advice people can actually give as with all trials moves, it just takes practice. James
  8. It's the result of black eyes/impacts in that area. It causes a concentrated area of bloddied eye to appear, exactly the same happened to a friend when he was hit in the head. They are some harsh injuries man, Give us the updates on any progress with the culprit. James
  9. You need to give dennis the menace his shirt back, that's just not on.
  10. Even this golf? You know the engine your on about, yeah, well this one has two of those, running nitrous. Couldn't find any pics or a video, but they also have a 1100bhp 40v twin engined Mk4 which well, is obviously going to be a bit quick.
  11. Cool that's fine, I just thought you were going out spending mega bucks replacing already excellent wheels. But yeah tyres are rape. I bought some wheels for my golf because it's cheaper as you said, and I totally agree with the suspension thing and that. I'll be lowering my golf on alloys and subtling it all so yeah. Lets see it afterwards :S James
  12. Just a little idea, why change the wheels? Whats wrong with those ones??? It's a fantastic car as it is, and is designed to use those wheels so will undoubtably not be as good with different sized wheels. Even if you got the same sizes what's the point in changing them for something that looks different? I just see it as a waste of money. If you want to do it then fairplay but I can't see it looking any better, it's great as it is and theres no point kevving a lovely car like that. What wheels are you intending to put on? If it looks fantastic and doesnt loose you any money I'll retract all of the above. James
  13. Easy way to shut them up ryan is to take a picture of your car with a bit of paper with trials forum written on it, won't hear much from them then. Simple (Y) You clearly are a proud person so it shouldn't be too much effort to sort a picture out to shut up the doubters? James
  14. Eh I never said it was a ford (Y) What is it made of if it's not fibreglass? And how do you afford all your cars? Just interested as I'd love to be able to own such outrageous cars when I'm your age. James
  15. How do you afford all this on your car when you can't even spell??? I really do doubt your times as well, sorry but I just don't think your car could be that quick with all the fibreglass crap attatched to it. I guarantee any well tuned mkII 8v gti Golf could piss on that with half the money spent on it compared to yours. Also, if it's yours can we have a picture of it with trials-forum on a bit of paper on the dash or something. James
  16. Must have a minted job to be able to: A) Afford to live in london (Y) Take a nice day out to come and exersise a hobby for a whole day C) Afford some of the equipment he was using He was sound though and the pic's came out well (Y) James
  17. Don't get crosseyed on me Nic, it's obvious you mean Dc. Never mind
  18. How come you aren't using Viz bars?
  19. The mighty one picture I took throughout the day. James

    Leeson 609

I have, it's green. Click here I won't actually post it as it's not my bike thread and that wouldn't be fair.
  21. I can't remember what it was unfortunately but it didnt really work so it doesnt matter really. It was mainly designed for 1 piece cranks and he had to ovalise the bolt hole which resulted in a big egg which made a nice tight spot in the chain. Spider/built in bash thing is the way i'd say. You could probably get someone to machine you a bash that small.
  22. Go on then, take your tyre off and do it, there will still be residue on your rim once it's refitted.
  23. If you get that stuff on your rim you will never stop again (well not for some time) It's very very greasy, and hard to not get all over the show, especially in an aerosol. I used marker on mine and it worked for a bit, wears off and looks rubbish though. I think your best bet is some of the solvents names above, covering it up will look wank eventually so just try and get rid of the logo totally if you can be bothered. James
