  1. If you didn't mind buying an older car george you could get an absolutely stunning mk2 16v with air con, powersteering, leather, etc, etc for 2k. IT would be quicker than anything else at that price and last a lifetime. Example 1. Met black mk2 £1800..... f**king lovely. James
  2. well it is really, in the fact its a complete bike fully built. all the other options have been custom build havent they. James
  3. Pijin are cheapest on Profiles and most stuff really, no postage fee's unlike alans who'll rape you for postage. James
  4. [attachmentid=2612] Bumping this up with the first decent pic of me riding park.
  5. Missed us headline the joiners yesterday man ! ONly just down the road from the Uni!!! Thanks everyone for the compliments....erm portsmouth - the only good venue there is the wedge and they're a bit tight on stuff - I'm sure we'll gig there soon. James

  10. To craig davies. I hope you're the sort of person who doesn't pass his test first time and gets a kick in the teeth. You're far too cocky for my liking and the roads are safer without you. No doubt as soon as you do past your test you'll drive around like a rally driver because you can clearly make superior judgements to everyone else in every possible set of circumstances. Wait, shit you've only just started to learn to drive, you don't know shit. MY mistake - Ah well. The guy who crashed will be inverstigated and trialled fairly. I'm sure the rta police team will see he was doing under the limit and the entire incident was clearly just complete bad luck. Unfortunately roads aren't always gritted often enough and this sort of situation can occur. It has already been stated the the roads were gritted more than 12 hours prior to the incident. Which is obviously plenty of time for large amounts of ice to occur in shaded areas. I've driven on ice once. Didn't do more than ten miles per hour as I was on private roads and wasnt sure which turning to take, I missed it and in normal circumstances would have been able to turn quickly and make the road - In this instance I slid about 30ft down the road and had no chance. If at 10mph that happened to me in a controlled secluded area god only knows what went through that guys head when his car slid on a single carriage way at 50mph. Shit luck unfortunately, as mark has said.
  11. I personally use cool edit pro. It's just about setting up the right channels for recording through your sound card and configuring them on cubase. Once you have your sound car set up Cubase should automatically recognise it and you can assign the in channels to the actual tracks on the program. It's not rocket science so just have a fiddle and you'll get there. James
  12. I'll probs go to inters and edition38. Might do a few no rice meets too depending... I know a few peeps in the community so will just go where they go i expect James
  13. He's talking about polo's The g40 is superchaged with a g-lader charger and the gt isnt. I think the g40 runs different internals and stuff too, to obviously cope with being charged. They are both 1.3 though. The g40's chargers were in the main completely shit, along with g60's. They needed frequent servicing to keep working and were unreliable. Most have changed to jabbasport chargers or eaton ones as they're so much better. James
  14. Rubbish pics, Rubbish frame, Rubbish women, Rubbish excuses against it not being advertising. Luke, surely the fact it was deleted tells you something. Stop being such a tool all the time. It is advertising. If you see a picture of a women over a car you notice what car it is. They've been doing it for years. If whoever is responsible for the frame wants to advertise he should do the decent thing for his company and pay for banner advertising instead of giving the impression that he owns a cheap, unprofessional company by posting poor pictures of his frame with 'models' and try to pass it off as not being advertising.
  15. Webber carbs are 150 quid minimum......could probs get one off ebay for about 50 though..bearing in mind you might need a manifold for it too.
  16. I run 25/10 and it's spot on really. I use a half link as paul said - otherwise I couldnt get the right tension.
  17. 36/16 would be far far tooo easy mate. If you have a 16 t on the back you'll need a 42 or a 44 on the front really - dinner plate size! I think you'd need a 13t on the back to run a 36 front for the proper bmx gearing.....
  18. That monkey's been your avatar forever - so 8/10 for being commited, gary.
  19. It's your arse....erm...5/10 - If i can tap it I'll bang that up to a 9 however.
  20. I tend to drag them to the back alley of the sex club, and just say - "Calm down, dont make me turn this rape into a murder" Works every time.
  21. Sorry, I thought you were talking about getting the 4-jeri chain which pijin sell. Never mind.
  22. Or just buy from www.pijin.co.uk and not have to worry about postage at all. Still cheaper or same product prices as alans too.
  23. Download Guitar Pro or a similar program and download the midi files for the songs. You can launch them on Guitar pro and then play along with a metronome and diagrams which show the finger positions as that note is played....
  24. The 4 jeri half link chains are absolutely terrible. Avoid with your life - It will last all of two weeks. You get what you pay for really - Just run a KMC non stretch z chain and fit a shadow half link which you can get off one of your friends shadow chains which he decided was shit.
