Hi All, I was wondering if anyone out there knows the weight of a Mad Phase 1.2 Frame. Or has a unbuilt frame that could be weighted. I am getting a new frame soon, namely a Zoo Piranha (Long) and i wanted to know if i will save any weight at all. Thanks in advance.

Sorted it peeps. Bought a new helmet the other day and have used the spare padding and zip tied it to my stem. Strangely it looks OK

Enjoyed watchin some spot-on riding. It has inspired me to try new things and try harder.

Hi All, I have a problem where i keep repeatadly bashing my knees on the stem when i am trying to get up stuff forwards. My poor knees are taking a right battering. I have tried these, http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=9590 and they are huge. so they are no good and i have sent them back. Is their any product out there that will fit onto my stem so i dont have to wear them huge knee pads.

Hi, I am looking for a Zoo Pirahna 09 frame in long. I cant find it in the uk. I have found this site http://www.trialprod.com/catalog/index.php?language=en Has anyone used this site for any purchases?? Any info would be great.

Where did you buy your frame from??

I use Maxis Minion for Rear and Conti Explorer protection for front. Front is lightweight so easier when on back wheel. I aint had any pinch flat on rear yet and been ridin for 8 months on it. You will need a good large volume tube as well if you want to avoid them pesky pinches...

Nice Ridin. Bit daft not wearin goggles when doin you grind....

KMC K710 Kool 1/8" chains are good and cheap also. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...p;category_id=7 If you dont change your chain around every 3 months you might come unstuck when doing big stuff. Depends on how much you weight and how much you ride to how often you should change it.

He is right. If this is something which you are not used to it will take its toll. It took me around a month for my muscles to not ache when going out on a 4 hour ride. Now when i go out though i feel great and strong too. Usaully you will get the 3 day aches. 1st day after you feel it a little 2nd day you are really aching 3rd day you feel better next day ready to ride This is what i stick to, you are better letting your body recover.

Tryin to give the guy some helpful info to make his decision easy when buying the rim he wants. Obviously you being just a mear child in comparison, you would not understand this and thus the reason for you replying in the way you did....

They do grind well. Neil does do some silly drops. Was out in Derby tonight with him and a few others and he did a forward drop off from about 11 foot, got a pic on me phone. You wouldn't catch me doin that sort of height.

I second on the Echo Urban 26" rim. I have seen Neil Tunnicliffe do a 11 foot gap drop down from around 8 foot in the air to a 2x3inch box section steel. He landed very hard and the rim just lapped it up. The strongest rim i have ever seen in action.

That makes me laugh, cuz i have just bought an Echo SL headset too and a new topcap. Which strangly are now a hex fitting instead of starkey. Works a treat now and no bodging in sight.

Cheers Ali, What size is the BB, i assume it is 68mm but what length axle does it take / need. At the moment i have 68 x 118mm fitted and a RS7 s/t Crankset with 170mm arms. I am hoping that the crank arms will not foul on the maguras when rotating. Would you be able to measure yours up for me and let me know, i say this because i dont want to spend another fortune buying new parts to fit the frame. Thanks in advance
