  1. I'd agree with this, i've had 04, 05, rb lever, and magura 11. The newest is the most flexy, it is made from plastic though so that might be the lever body flexing slightly too? Other than that i dont know why they could be like that.
  2. Girls always come with emotional attachments, cant be dealing with that shit
  3. I posted right above you dude! I'm running 203, i did have a 180 though.
  4. I did have. I'm now running a 203mm with a shimano saint, ultimate stopping power, 203 all the way, you wont regret a thing! i got massive amounts of power over my 180 rotor in comparison. Get one. Now. looks wize i also think it looks amazing, better than the 180, i was skeptical about the weight and looks but when you have that much power the weight doesn't matter and looks it actually looks decent. I've never caught any rotors on anything i've run 160 on a mod for a year 180 on the 24" for a year and now running 203 on the 24" never hit any front disc rotors. Dont worry about that. I side hop disc side too.
  5. He looked really nervous bless him, riding was decent though.
  6. Glad you got them back! Great news!
  7. speachless, amazed at it all, every little bit of it! Loved mr bean, was crying with laughter! Only one way it could have been better and we know what that was!
  8. I'm looking for something light too, so im probally going to get the echo adapter, any reviews on them?
  9. On my old front vee, i had a shitty clarks cable, onza pads, avid FR5 lever, avid SD7 arms no booster. I'm sure my set up will be better than that.
  10. My front vee was the most powerful thing ever, dead grind, onza pads. Not once in a year did it slip. pads wernt even square! Probally will go for this! thanks for the replys
  11. Yeah i'll use a booster. I thought heatsink vee adapters only just came out?
  12. I want to go rear vee because im fed up of rear magura now, the only thing concerning me is the fact i'll have to use an adapter. I've heard they snap quite easily. I'm not a heavy rider atall, FAIRLY smooth.. thoughts?
  13. It seems a bit stupid.. your choice though i guess. and i was chatting to a guy at radfest with an inspired skye and he said he had cracked one and got another one under warranty. Nothings indestructible
  14. Spoke to a guy about the headtube and he said it has a friend who does milling and he could do it properly for me. Then i showed him benito's headtube and asked if he could do it like that, and he can.. so WIN!
  15. Since no one awnsered my questions on the the superlight weight dude's topic i made this.. How safe is it to drill the seat tube? and how safe is it to cut out the middle section on your pedals? Also whats the best way i should cut my headtube? drill and then file? or just lots of drills? any other ways? i dont have a milling machine. Obviously it will effect the strength but how much exactly? I've got a because trial-simple 24" frame 1.9kg at the moment no modifications, fairly strong, i'm a light rider at 58kg.
  16. How safe is it to drill the seat tube? (assuming its done well) tempted to do this..
  17. There was also an artical about the pro's bikes at a comp showing how they drilled all their bike parts and stuff, from around 09 i think. i think dani comas's bike was there, kenny's benito, maybe gilles, not sure who else.
  18. I cant find the recent artical with benito ros's bike, any help anyone?
  19. I'm REALLY tempted to do that to my pedals. How strong is it? does it weaken it much?
  20. @revolver, got both my brakes working spot on, no need for topics like this anymore There isn't such thing as overkill, trials is the ONLY sport where extreme power is needed, even downhill riders don't need the power we need.
  21. 500g per brake, they look nuts too! Cant find any on ebay i want one.
