This might sound silly but is it true that you get a slightly faster pick up running a freewheel on the rear than you do running it on the front?

Biker's badge of honour!! I've had loads over the years when i was 1st starting out mountain biking in general i got double teamed by my pedal up my shin and outer chainring up the back of my leg! Which hurt like F**K and took an age to heal and i think i still have the scars up the back of my leg 12 years on!

Ha Ha when i lived in scotland i took my monty to my local bike shop the guy had never heard of Monty and though it was a cheap nasty bike from a super market!

I destroyed my bottom bracket on wedensday night and i need a new one can anybody reccomend one for around the 40-50 quid mark any reccomendations?

I for one like the new onza colours. The matt red bird looks really nice! Im not sure why onza put those big 24t sprockets up front. As you have the freewheel on the back you might aswell put it up front and sling a 12t sprocket on the back. Must be lighter?? I also think the ska looks amazing really different good work Onza!
