Sounds kinda random but i have a dedicated riding playlist made up of my favourite songs from different trials, mtb and MX films. So i have pendulum and butterfly effect from "trials is dead", fear factory from "down" Q.O.T.S.A from "heaven and hell" that kinda stuff. Probably sounds wierd to you guys though!

I really need some advice lads, i split with my missus of 4 years mutal decision were still in a good place with each other we still live together (we have a mortgage together) and get on like mates ect, ect. Recently i looked up an old school friend started we textin each other gettin on good havin a laugh started feelin things for her and vice versa we havent met up "yet" but now my ex wants to Get back together! The trials bike group test in mbuk. Was a brisa b26, saracen mad, merlin "trials" and a couple others. Ah those were the days! The Mavic D521 ceramic! The bight red shimano DX v brake.

Giant atx 1, azonic ds1, marzocchi jr T, mr T and monster T forks, the insane (at the time!) hope dh4 disc brake, shimano xt 4 pot brake, hope big 'un hubs and the intense M1.

I remember the MBUK issue that was precided over by the martins. Chris Akrigg's pace with hope C2 brakes with trick solid "wave" disc rotors (way before everybody else started making them), El gato tyres, misson 48 spoke trials wheels, ryan leech busting his top tube with his nuts in 'evolve', brisa B20's, power pros, hope mono hubs being the in thing with "well off" riders, cannondale fatty r's, koolstop reds, Eddie tongue, Jeff lenosky's front hops with rock shox. Happy times.

Got to watch a couple of films i recoreded on the old sky+ yesterday while i was off ill. The 1st was The flag of our fathers. Which was an amazing film about the US soldiers who famously raised the flag at Iwo Jima. And the other was Catch me if you can. Which i really enjoyed and would say if you havent already seen it, give it a watch!

I used to live in Huntly so i only made the odd trip via train, i never found much but then again i didnt venture too far incase i got lost I used to ride the skate park down by the sea front mostly (i know its not there anymore) and anything else i found down there.

Surprisingly there wasnt much good street in the city centre that i could find at least. There is quite alot of riding to be had down at the sea front though.

Also the shimano acera is a very good brake for a fraction less than the sd7.

The way Lewis is driving i dont think Jenson will need any help or team orders as Lewis will probably hit the self destruct button anyway.

I think Massa is past his prime now. The crash in Hungary has spooked him (as it would anybody) and he cant get past it completely. In the same way it affected Sir Stirling Moss with his crash. I'd of said Jenson would of been concidered as the No.1 driver earlier in the season around the German round if i was team principal that is!
