Yeah man, nice one, if at any point you ever think of selling the frame, please let me know Thankyou, Lewis.
-
Aha quality, you stole my bike this is what I ride (well I try to, but can hardly do anything), except mine is the original grey colour. Yet this blue does look pretty mint.
-
Anyone out next week ? Need to start riding with some people and start learning, as i've learnt absolutely nothing on my own and can do basically nothing.
-
A mavic, possibly a D521.
-
Hhmm yeah i'm liking the idea of robot cats On the subject of pringles, did you know the inventor of the Pringles can, Frederic J Baur, passed away last year and was partially buried in a pringles can.
-
Yeah definitely, a selection here to take a browse at if you're interested Nike 6.0 Shoes
-
Personally, i'd say just wear a pair of DC's, if not some Nike 6.0 should do the job. Lewis.

I see how it is, will do mate, I have been told by others best way to learn is from others. What's like your style of riding ? Is it like TGS or streety ?
-
Yeah, I say zebdi is what would be suitable, well it's would i'd eventually like (if I can find one). Bring the Zebdi's back ! Personally I have never ridden a zebdi, but from what i've seen and heard they are one of the best all round streety/trials bikes to own. Lewis.
-
Well at the moment it is a saracen, would really like a zebdi but they seem quite 'rare'. It's quite a long story but basically some southend scum robbed me and so I haven't had as much 'freedom' to buy, due to limits on money etc cos of what happened, but as I ride, I can add/change parts as I go, I guess? Yeah I also have exams tomoro (June 16 ) for 4 hours, then more the week after I can't be bothered at all, I'd rather be out riding.
-
Hey, thanks for the tips, i'll take a look at the site. I'm riding a saracen at the moment, as unfortunately my house had been robbed so i'm on a tight budget at the moment, but when things are hopefully sorted I can just add and change parts as I go. It still has the 'essentials'like a magura hs33 on the back and stuff. Cheers. Lewis. Oh nice one thanks mate, much appreciated. I may do as and when I progress, cheers. Lewis. Yeah, I see, sounds pretty good then. From what I can tell, all it takes is just practice, practice and more practice. I think i'll give that a go then, thankyou mate. Yeah I might consider the shinguards, i've had a few slips already not good. Lewis. Nice one man. Keep riding and one day........when I have better ability, I may go civic or something ride with some locals. Lewis.
-
Yeah okay mate, I see, but i'm sure it's worth it. Lewis.

Hey, i've only been riding for a couple of days now and have begun to realise how hard riding trials actually is, nowhere near as easy as it looks. So, I was just wondering how long did it take you to learn the basics and what was the first thing you learnt ? But not just learning basics, being able to perform skills at a good standard/level, by that I mean trackstanding, wheelie/manual, bunnyhop etc. I've heard it can take years. Thankyou people. Lewis.
-
Yeah that is something I would like to see, good times, well maybe not for you falling off, but to watch would be a laugh. Ouch, yeah I know the place, I seen quite a few people riding civic.
-
Yeah man, well it may be some help, as i'd be able to get some tips and what not, hopefully. Perhaps after a few weeks of riding cos like I say only been riding for one day, so am utter turd at the moment.
-
I would ride with some of you guys or whatever, but I am a total noob. Have only been riding for one day, better get practicing. One day maybe. Lewis.

Such an inspiration to watch dan mac, no doubt, he is the dogs.

I am building my bike from scratch, from various parts that i'll put together. Now as for the wheels I am not sure, what would you recommend. It will be on a 26'' rim (mavic/atomlab or something) with Possibly a Hope free hub and some sort of tyre, for both rear and front. With a Magura on the back and Avid SD on the front, (brakes). What would be a good setup ? Thankyou, Lewis.
-
Okay, thankyou guys. Lewis.
-
Wooops, I get the feeling this post may have been a mistake. Thanks for the advice I will not post another one again. Lewis.
-
Yeah, I know about the Capital letters. I am trying my best, I guess I will just have to wait. Sentance = Sentence. Unfortionaly = Unfortunately, I take it spelling doesn't matter then. Okay then, thankyou. Lewis.

I have read the tips on being validated But how long....roughly does it take Because I need to start posting wanted topics 'As I need parts to actually ride the bike ?!' And I can't as i'm still a 'newbie' with no validation who can't post wanted in NMC ? Any Information will be helpful Thankyou, Lewis.
-
Yeah I see, Cheers, Lewis. Okay mate cool Thankyou Lewis. It'll be a stock mate, But thankyou anyways, I should've stated 'stock'. Lewis.
-
Why do people, well most as far as I know. Use a DH tube for the rear tyre ? Like will I need it or notice the difference between that and a standard tube ? Any Help will be useful on the subject, thankyou. Lewis.
