-
That was a prtty swish vid :o very intresting with this sudden surge of new trials frames, makes my Echo and me feel a bit out dated :)
-

-
DrEvil270183 were would this roadtrip be starting and I guess it will finish when we all get back from France :o So from that we can plan were we want to go in between :) and how were getting there
-
You can't pull the chain to tight or it will just snap when you land on the bashring so you need a bit of slack in the chain for the mech to take up :o
-
When we go to France will we cross at Dover or down here in the Southwest at Plymouth? I will meet up at Bristol and then give you a short tor of the moors down here I have space in my car for one person possibly 2 if I got a bike rack so if anyone wants to meet at some point on the roadtrip I can take you for the rest of it :o
-
Yeah exactly it's not that hard to do once you actually do it :o It would be nice to have enough clubs (and riders :) ) so that clubs wouldn't have to worry about doubling up with other clubs because it was more like motobike trials :D
-
Have you considered starting your own club? It's a lot of work to start with but once you get under way it's not that bad. If you have a local trials motorbike club you could contact them and do it that way thats how I went about it as I was already doing motorbike trials with the club :o
-
Is this for the event in July? I think you will get more people to a trial rather than a Bikebattle style comp. How many routes are you going to do?
-
Humm you make a good point I know they had disclamers but they only cover riders against other riders not against the organisers. Anyway as for date setting I what until all the national dates come through and then get mine in as quick as possible but to be honist in a few years time it's not going to be that big a deal doubling up with other clubs as there seems to be so many now :o

Bi-King is pretty good (N) it's definatly a few steps above T+S
-
Whiteboy what the hell was going on in that vid :P looked like you were going loads bigger with the Woodstock frame (N) Vid was ok :)" but I do actually like that song :"> anyway good on you Tom at least you have made a vid, I need a camera man or women (Y) I hate riding on my own. good job :P"
-
Why didn't you put it on two weeks later when there is only a worl cup trial on (Y) Did you look at the calender on Biketrial uk (N)
-
Well worth the money :) I'd rather spend a bit more cash and forget about it than to be thinking about my chain skipping due to a poorly tensioned chain. I got the pic from the Rohloff website, I may go and take a pic of mine if you lucky (Y)" Yes it's a bit different to a normal tensioner as it it's not ajustable (which I think is better) so this means you have to space your gear to line up with the tensioner but once it's done you can forget about it (N) Get buy in my eyes :P
-
Ha i'm already a loner and I still don't get stuff done :) I just end up on here (N)
-
'Right I better site down and do some work now ...... look a bird he he he come here birdy' yep thats me :) (N) dam you trials-forum :P might actually go and do some photography homework in a minute (Y)

Hans Rey what a legend :P I remember seeing him for the first time on Tricks and Stunts and he was so cool :P hoping over that branch and stuff :) I was like I want to do trialsing (thats what I called it (Y)" ) anyway a great guys lets hope we see more great adventures from him in the future (N)
-
Hey that was my old axel (N) I may have a HD axel coming in a few weeks you may be able to buy it as I already have one :) How'd you snap it anyway (Y) ??
-
So can any tensioner :P well it has two jockey wheels but thats the only way it's like a mech, i've tried the new and old DMR and the new and old Surley and this beats all of them in strenght and tension (N) what more can I say
-
You want one of these babys (Y)" Rohloff tensioner (N) had mine a couple months now and its solid, has a great spring and built from very thick alloy. Everyone should get one :)
-
Heard it on the radio a couple days ago (N) seemed like a pretty funny thing but not to sure if I would do it more than once as it's bit of a waste of these guys time who are trying to work. Now if it was to cold callers then hell yeah I hate those guys and they need a good messing about with (Y)

1) Yes I do ride trials, through WEMC (West of England Motor Club (Y) ) Mainly because I started them and there all very close to me. I'll also be riding the complete British Championship and hopefully a few Hampshire and North Wales trials. 2) Transport used to be a big issue but now I have a car it's not so bad but I certainly know what it feel like to not be able to get to a comp due to distance or lack of transport. 3) I think this only really applys to British championship trials as I feel every gets way to serious and people stop talking to each other but in a normal club trial you don't find this because people are having more of a laugh. I think people don't ride trials mainly for the transport reason, when ever you go to a trial there are stacks of people who drove themselves and a few mates so if you can't get a lift your screwed. good topic (N) matt
