You may find cheaper insurance but for the price you won't find anything that covers both the organiser and rider for up to £5 million thats how good the ACU is. I'd try and introduce a system were everyone using the park must be ACU regesteried and you can even get one day memberships so that would cover that problem. Worth a look in.
