We tried this a while back with a G-clap on the leaver to tighten it in all that happend was the seals around the piston in the leaver blow out. Yeah I saw it once a few years back but it was battered to hell.

Mechanically they are no different to the black and sliver versions so I see no reason for them to break any quicker. Just typical rumer I expect.

Ha have you ever done that!! Earlyer this year the day before a British round in Lancashire me and Joe Seddon where getting bored in our Travel Lodge around 2 in the morning. So fo some stupid reason we went for a ride around the services, and bought ice cream!! Was a right laugh. It would never get that far, If it's not legal then Magura will have taken action already only if Zhi/Echo sell these brakes illegally can Magura then sue which I very much doubt Zhi/Echo will do. The reason Zhi might be so pissed these have been leaked is beacuse he dosn't have permision to sell yet Still this is all very intresting though, not that i'm a maggy user but it's very good to see some big developments. Didn't think it was that impressive, I didn't see one line ore more there that at least 5 people in the Uk couldn't do. Also most of the stuff was bailed Quality was nice and only took me 7mins to download which was nice, I did like the video but I think more smaller lines that where actually nailed smoothly and in control would make it much better. Proberly get flamed now!!

Is ther any need for a quick release brake? might make setup slightly easyer not to sure to be honest never been that much of a magura user. You could make it work though without altering the mounting positions and it might look a bit tidyer. I used to have quick release bars on my old GasGas the bar clmaps were hinged which looked rather swish.

They don't have a Uk importer but that may change in a few weeks.

Oh bloody hell!!! I havent had my Gazza more than 6 months and now i'm going to have to buy another one!! Love it everything about disc mount is a god send aswell, running a disc on mine works but getting the chain tight and the pads hitting the disc are a challange. Guess I better consult my bank account tomorrow

Very intresting!! Finally some proper news It's quite obviouse these are prototypes but should still be intresting to see if they go into production. The thing with patents is that you need one for almost every country or someone in that country can produce a copy well within the law and apply for the patent themselfs. Not to sure how the law stands on selling outside of the patent country into another though. Still very intresting little surprised they didn't change more but maybe they think the magura only needed refining.
