I have heat sink snowies and they are the nuts, i have had them for about 3 months and they havent warn down and they work in the wet. I really advise you to get cnc backings because they work so much better.

Thanks for the comments. I would use shin pads but i find them anoying to ride in so i would rather get some new pedals or shoes. Also what ideas do you have on new pedals because i dont no what ones are good so can some one please tell me. My price range is £20, but i could strech to about £28 max. Tom.

Hi I have been riddin for about 7 months and i have got about 40 shin diggers and i am so feed up of them so do you think that trials shoes would help me stay on the pedals or would they not make a differnce. if yo think that they would then what ones would you recomend for me ?? i am a size 6 to 7 so please comment Tom

hi mate go on the ebtc (esix bike trial compition ) website and they will give u some directions because they host compitions there so they need to tell people where it is so they will have directions

tar i horrible it makes your pads glue to the rim which is dangerous when you are doing drops

get a khe calapse from tarty because the are the best and half links are good but the tend to snape when you least expect it to
