I was gonna post a picture of that '3 ramps' (i)ndividual tee. Its a really nice design merging the 3 main aspects of BMXing (and I spose mtbing aswell), street, park and dirt. It might be a little harder merging everything biketrials into one design and making it as good as this '3 ramps' design though...

I 'featured' in the video 4 times though :P (6am wake up :) Wheeler chasing me trying to whip me with a stick :ermm: random face shot flashing for a few frames and finally right at the end when Wheeler successfully whipped me with the stick...) I still cant believe I am practically naked in a video on the internet! Its something I would never have thought would happen to me ;) It was a bit cold and it was deffinately too early considering we had ridden the day before and didnt get to bed till like 1am/2am. After that 6am wake up call we rode Dartmoor all day and didnt finish until late due to the loverly long days of the summer! I enjoyed the video aswell Rich! I will have to get myself down to a lot more rides with you guys!!! :S Finally just to be annoying, Abingdon isnt in Wiltshire, its in Oxfordshire ^_^

Got mine today, was entertaining. The main section is only about 20mins long and there is a load of extras that I havent watched yet. You cant complain for £5.50 posted :P

If you already have the grippy washer thing you could easily go into a local hardwear shop and buy some 10mm bolts with the same thread. You will also have to add a couple of washers to space the bolt out enough to tighten it. If you go down this route you wont have to worry about rounding stupid allen bolts :P Also 10mm bolts will take a pounding and you will still be able to get them off no problems!

I bought one directly from powerballs.com the other week, I planned to use it for like 15mins a day and see if it helped but I havent stuck to that plan :P I am hoping it will help with arm pump... I struggle a bit due to the smallness of my hands aswell, although last night I got 11000, Tomm is a weakling :) I suffer with this problem aswell, right now I am mainly putting up with the pain and taking it easy but the other day I found that gloves can help, just wear your riding gloves and look even more stupid powerballing with gloves on :- :-

It looks like I will be coming along aswell. Its just me in my car :blink: Oli, the station is like £3.20 all day on Saturdays and Sunday (Although its technically for rail users only though)

That makes no difference, you say they didnt have L plates so that wont make it look anymore dogey to onlookers. Also for your information if a learner driver is driving around with L plates they have to have someone that is 21 or over in the passenger seat and that person also has to have held a full licence for something like 3 years aswell... The person is a complete wanker for driving round without a licence, they should get banned from taking their test but the problem is without them actually getting caught in the act not I doubt anything could be done about it...

I might be up for a Poole ride afterwards Luke! If the weather is really crap I doubt I will bother, but if the weather isnt too bad and im not completely dead from the comp I spose I could travel that bit further for a street ride in Poole...

I might re-grind rim somewhen between now and Sunday then! Only problem is it gets dark early now and I have work tomorrow which will give me no day light to grind my rim in :D Ah well if I get the chance I will grind the rim in the shed or kitchen instead :- (Actually that better be in the shed so my mother does not cry)

Taking the g/f shopping (Y) thats probably gonna be an expensive one! (Y) But anyways: Waterlooo station is right next to the London Eye! I dont think Waterloo is *that close* to many of the shopping streets though, whenever I have rode London I go into waterloo then to all the usual riding spots and have never seen any massive streets full of shops... Im sure one of the London locals can help you whenever they see this, like other people have said if you just get a return to London Waterloo including a days tube pass (Which should only cost you a few quid extra) you have the freedom to go anywhere in London on the tubes!
