The Name Of The James Mays Co Driver On Top Gear?
haydon_peter replied to LukasMcNeal's topic in Chit Chat
Am I the only one that thought she was acting? I assume the producers fed her some stuff to say to make her look dumb(er) in an attempt to add to the comedy. -
And you forgot that Asia includes China where they have a round of the World's most years...

Really? Shouting bollocks was old after NASS 2003

No Chris, he is 15, did you understand how to bleed brakes when you were 15?

Shite, I still have 3 decent yoyo's that I haven't used in years. One of them is some limited edition thing (I used it and didn't keep it boxed though!), maybe I should research into it in case I can make a little bit of money from them!

Yep you can every year and hopefully it will continue. Last night some guy got up on the stones and was jumping across from one to the other posing while people took photos of him, he then tried to do a headstand but failed There was a massive police presence there last night compared to previous years!

MASSIVE BUMP Longest day of the year again today... OK, so I went to the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge again last night/today. (I have now been 3 times, 2006, 2008 and 2009). 2006 and 2008 were both very wet, this year it was dry! Even though it was dry there was cloud cover so we didn't see the sun rise haha Around 40,000 people went this year, I think this higher number was because the Solstice fell on a weekend. The A360 was closed and A303 was an absolute mess and was queuing back in both directions for most of the night! Seeing as I originally made this thread a few years ago I will ask again, who else has been to a Solstice at Stonehenge and what did you think of it?

Thanks for the info!

The silver one is built up for XC. The black one is much more heavy duty and built for DH/FR.

Camel Sausages Emu Burger Crocodile Kebab Kangaroo Steak Wasabi Pea's are a fun snack. Recently in New Zealand I tried a 2007 edition of: Dave's Private Reserve Hot Sauce "Warning: Use this Product One Drop at a Time. Not for People with Heart or Respiratory Problems" People I was with had a tiny drop of it and were in pain. I had the stuff coated on a chip like it was Tomato Ketchup and ate the chip before reading the above warning on the bottle. Holy shit it was horrible! My eyes started watering, my nose started running, my mouth and throat were on fire! Drinking beer didn't help lol The bar where we found this stuff even did shots containing Absinthe and other spirits mixed with a few drops of the hot sauce

Where I work recently finished making the new Lotus Approved advertising system found here As a thank you Lotus leant the company a nearly new Lotus Elise for a while so that all the programmers and testers that made the system could have a play. That doesnt really help you but they seem like a nice company to deal with

A few things in this thread have made me laugh. I love the fact that certain people are stating things like: "she probably hadn't seen many cars on the road and slipped back into her British roots, travelling on the UK side of the road." "imo its a shame but serves her right not wearing a helmet and on the wrong side of the road is f**king idiotic." Yes she could have been wearing a helmet, not listening to music, riding on the 'correct' side of the road, going faster, going slower etc... many different factors that could have changed the outcome of the accident but... Not one of us was actually there!

That was me, I was riding along one of the sea defence slopes and my wheels slipped out on some nasty moss stuff and I slid down into the water. The water was up to my waist and I had to be pulled out cos it was too slippery to climb out unassisted

HAHA I don't really know anything about Photography at Salisbury College. I think years ago it was meant to be a good for Photography but I could be completely wrong. I spent 2 years of my life in Salisbury College scraping through a National Diploma in Computing and Business. The halls of residence were being built when I was there so can only have been there for about 5 years, the halls are tiny and only have room for under 100 people. I would say the night life in Salisbury is great but if I said that it would be a lie, there are a shit load of pubs though, also some expensive piss poor excuses for nightclubs. A lot of money was thrown into the halls of residence and the College got into serious money problems and I believe was thinking about closing down, then suddenly Salisbury College 'joined' Bournemouth and is now now part of 'Wiltshire College' or something. If I'm honest, you have made a great choice going no where near the Salisbury campus, Bournemouth itself is meant to be great though.

Nice ride Mr Fat Pants. I'm fairly sure they are 6" rear travel.
-
Tomm knows where its at They also do Saint and XT brakes without the Servo-Wave system so make sure you get the brakes with Servo-Wave.
-
Shimano I have the XT M775 brakes on my mountain bike and they are awesome! I am running 180mm front and 160mm rear and was very impressed with them when I rode in The Alps last summer (Although there were a couple of times when I would have been even happier with bigger rotors hehe) If you want to go overkill you could check out the Saint brakes.

I am just leaving to go to the pub with some mates, we go every Christmas Eve. I suspect Santa will bring me a hangover
