In terms of the bike it's perfect, just how I wanted it. In terms of adapting it's fine, only got to get used to myself again now. I don't really feel the same on the bike at the moment even if my level of moves are similar the way I am doing them doesn't feel as natural at the moment. Time off the bike has just resulted in work, car, beer. Hopefully now Karl is slowly recovering from his back we will start getting to ride together more.

STM is pretty cool, they share some good stuff. More often than not nostalgic photos and edits that you forget about. Perfect pre ride motivation. The forum is bordering on dead with the ratio of what's getting out in this video section va what's going around Facebook now.

[Insert your gf randomly puts out joke here] I would go and get this checked out asap as it sounds like it's only a matter of time before you really hurt yourself. I was warned when I tore a ligament in my ankle if I rode to soon this would occur, I was told that ankle instability I think it was called is common with cycling. Basically have you hurt your ankle before (Sprained it or worse) and not rested it fully before carrying on with usual stuff? I think you'd get told to wear a ankle support for rides to keep it from doing this for a few months until it's sorted itself out. I could be way off the mark as I tore my ankle back in 2011 so my memory is a little off.

I like what is happening here. It's like the concept of mixing in the bmx side of things only James is just filling in the trick book for everyone else. I don't think anyone is really more complete with this. I was expecting some snow related fun @jamesb. What have you in store for us next?

I can't think of anyone in Liverpool on here although I have on rides there bumped into some locals. I know that if you posted a ride up on here or Facebook people would be pretty interested in attending I for one. Well worth giving Mark a shout to as those guys seem to get down to ride it every now and then. Manchester isn't mega far if you want to come join us on a ride sometime.

Rockman blue in cnc worked so good on this rim for me with a medium grind when I ran a Magura.
