my freewheel has got some what quite and feels abit slack would my best bet be to spray wd40 into it clean all the muck and stuff out ? as use bike to commute to work haha cheers

nout wrong with a 203 my bb7 is set for overkill mode ha ha:p

sounds stupid but I used a video on you tube thought mine was good befored now it's set right even better

imo my 203 bb7 is insane set up right as well its half the price of hydro discs and less hassle

avid bb7 sd7 lever and good cable never look back mate

if you dont wanna use paint ect wrap some insulation tape around the bar wet inside the grip slide on then squeeze the grip and let dry
