  1. That was absolutely immense, I have not actually been captured like that by a video in a long while, you captured there what trials should be all about, having a massive laugh with all your mates. Keep it up you guys and best of all keep it fun.
  2. I can obviously see why he has done it, the weight saving of zip ties over bolts has got to be massive, he obviously was meant to completely remove the bolts after so it was lighter for competition use, again with the wheels obviously because there are less spokes they must be lighter, and because the spokes are thicker they must be stronger, again better for competiitions and stronger for street.
  3. Sounds like a laugh. Anyone got a guide on roughly how much it will cost? for the week? I am very tempted.
  4. There is 2 very good areas, best rideable in evenings or sunday as busy with shoppers usually and various other smaller spots dotted around, there is a large industrial area I have never really visited which I imagine would be not bad.
  5. and there are two easily accesible mcdonalds in harlow
  6. That picture gives me strangely a headache. Good effect though.
  7. Fantastic, any more takers?????????
  8. Just a quick note. Myself and Mr Rankin and maybe some others from Chelmsford will be sessioning Harlow on thursday, we will be meeting roughly 6ish at the Sainsburys, close to the station. The more the merrier anyone welcome. Matt
  9. Haha, yeah I was afriad of that, 15 pages is a lot to trawl through, they deserved a second mention, well thats my excuse anyway.
  10. The easiest way to explain I'd say is getting your hips right near the front of the bike as you land, as your back rises to above height of the wall lift the front and throw the bike forward as if your stretching when your doing pedal up/ bunny hop etc, this will push the bike from where it was straight forward under neath you. If your ass is near the wall when you land on the front as in very forward you will easily stick your back wheel to it.
  11. I think for most people Riser bars are a must an depends on your height aswell, if your vetically challenged like myself something very short like an older revell etc (for sale ) would be better but some of the guys on longer bikes if can get enough leverage to pull up you could manual a longer bike.
  12. I find its more the warm down that stops me aching. I usually make sure the last spot I ride is the furthest from the car/ station so i can take a slow ride back to slow myself down and keep limber while my body cools down.
  13. Who remebers when Diamond back used to make very good trials frame, under diamond back racing (I think), White, were really light and rode sooooo smoothly.
  14. When you said the gap was large tom, you really meant large. Top stuff mate, wish I had stayed around to see that one.
  15. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH the memories that brings back.....

    Creativity

To be honest give me a slope and a 1 foot high longish wall with a pallett and I would be more happy than ever. I have watched this sport change and evolve over 5 yearish and you see the same thing day in day out with who can go highest biggest, all it is is that these people are masters of the techniques which means generally they look all the same as they are all mastering the same technique, but with a few small objects you define the true creative sportsman of our world who can create something mind blowing out of pretty much nothing.
  20. Mind if I tag along guys, have that weekend off so would be good to ride with some one else than my mate i-pod for once ;p. Cheers Matt
