    Bash Plate

Wack a bit of oli in the threads that should help, don't force it, you should no if its going to go in or not, mines quite tight but you can tell if its going in right. Hope this may come to some use.
  6. Ok, I can sidehop about handle bar hight an i have been riding for around a year and 2 months. My good foot is my left foot an I sidehop with that one forward but I also sidehop to the left. Having my left foot forward and sidehoping to the left is this limiting me to how high I can go? Or is it normal to have this set up? Any advice or pointers would be greatful. Thanks. George.
  7. I agree, just move your pads so there slighty catching the buckle but enough to slow it down an notice where the buckle is. Then adjust it, simple as. Hope that helps.

  18. I have just been out side now. Does the steerer tube where the stem clamps onto need to be realy clean ? And does the stem have to be realy tight when clamped ? Thanks.
  19. Im goning to go and have a proper look at it in a min, iv had the headset for about 8 months so its fine. There is space between the top of the steerer and the top cap so im fine with that. The crown race is on and looks ok.
  20. When I had only been biking about 5 months I tried just a simple drop off thye top of a set of steps only 3-4 ft high and landed but my feet slipped off and I cut my dick on the stem, it was like when you peal the top of a blister off lmao  It hurt !!

  25. Baisically, I have an Onza Mongo 3 headset with Echo Lite forks. There is movement that keeps coming in my headset, my star nut is almost 1cm deep in the steerer tube and isn't near anything at the top. I often have to loosen my stem bolts an tighten the top cap because of it coming loose, I do this around 4 or 5 times a day which has to be to much. My star nut looks like its held in quite tight so Im not sure where I am going wrong. Any advise would be greatful. Thanks guys.
