When i was learning, the sidewalls on my Try all rim used to die within about 4-5 months and i didnt grind too often.

Just grind it and pump your tyres up hard, try be smoother, try all rims usually die after about 5 grinds, depending on how harsh you are.

55 is normal ish though, your the weird one with 80 .

Good video, hate the sound of rear disk though, sounds clunky and strange .

That bike is good for learning on, i would change the chain to a KMC Kool or KHE off tarty though. depends what you prefer, disks work most of the time unless they get oil on them, then there abit of a pain, but maguras/vee's are just as good but suppose they dont work aswell in all conditions unless youve got a grind and the right pads, they take abit more TLC i suppose aswell.

That list seems fine so far, the frame probs wont last that long unless your just starting out, if so then it will be okay for a year-ish. All the other parts are strong enough for a long time .

It will do the job, but I wouldnt bother lol, stick to Citeron oil/magura blood, or just water + antifreeze .
