Ah right, take it the high rise ones are for 24? lol erm when i had green zoos i stripped them to silver and they started to creak but never snapped, i dunno why, just because it was metal on metal i suppose, ive got silver anodised ones now and there alright, so i dunno. there the same age, and ive never really seen any old zoos snap.

since when could you get high and low rise ones? lol try loosening your stem cap and it should stop creaking, did you strip the bars from a certain colour aswell? because that might be why there creaking.
