  11. I would definately go but unforunately I cant get a lift, if anyone was passing through longridge, bout 20mins away, then i would be more than happy to ride
  12. I know that there will be many comments to try and contridict this but in my opinion they just lack on power compared to a maggy with decent pads. I used a standard hope front and back for about a year, aswell as various rotors. Yes they will make you ride smoother but I found that the day i swtitched to dual maggy i improved immensly on the first day. If you do decide to ignore me and buy one anyway, then what I would do is clean the rotors and pads once every 10 rides or so to maintain the best braking performance.
  13. Basically stryggling for people to ride this weekend and im bored so if anyone fancies a barn ride leave a comment. Theres quite a lot to ride including spools, paletes, tables and some logs. 2 or 3 riders max. If your interested and u can get here leave a comment and il pm u my address. Phone numba 07887745398 Thanks Rob
  14. Echo shouldnt just force us to have push fit bbs if u want one of ther new frames, cus i want an echo but bought a reset ti bb not long ago and feel like i havnt got the use out of my £100 yet. Do more 26" frames with the option of long and short rather than just a set wb. More high bb bikes. Make carbon fibre chain stay protectors. ti bolts with stronger heads. All frames should have standard headsets. Titanium trials chains. Some sort of super light kevlar tube protector.
  15. I have very little flex in my frames so i dont need a booster, but i find that tnn lgm's are amazing on any grind. I have echo sl rims on both my bikes and ive ran every sort of grind and theyve out performed everything, literally, even on smooth their epicly good pads, would recomend them to anyone. And even after nearly a year of riding every day on a grind they havnt worn down at all, great pads whatever the weather even on smooth rim.
  16. Me and my 3 mates (matty, gazz and the brik) had been watchin the saracen mad team in barrow, we watched two shows then we took the team riders to a spot just up the road. Matty laughs histerically at everything, and he was riding his new frame, he was just about to do a gap up and I quoted the comentateor in a funny voice, he laughed and fell over sideways, scratching the zoo sticker of his frame. This didnt get old even after 3 impressions. Oh and we were riding liverpool in feb and johny mc tipped water all over his maggy to see if it would make it better, then got several punctures and went in "me mams kitchen" to see if he could find the hole.
  17. I have the short with 18:15 and echo sl clamps and a trialtech lite chain (reccomended to me by tartys) and it works fine, however i like the echo tr clamps better.
  18. I'l defo br there, only just up the road so i think some of my mates will be kipping at mine the friday night and weil be there bright and early satday morning. Hopefully the weather will be good and it'l be a good day. If you need any help pm me and il do my best to get a lift there, ps i also have a barn and some expierience with courses.
  19. Control 09 and try all rage 09 riser bars
  20. As Im not the best with geometery I thought id ask here. Im wantig a new stem to make my echo control feel ligjter on the backwheel. At the moment I have the biggest echo hifi stem on tartys, anything that makes it substancially lighter on the backwheel is good but the lighter the better. Thanks Rob l
  21. The Try all ones are good ded comfy and not restrictive at all. mine have lasted about 10 or 11 months now and after riding a few hours everday are on the way out, well worth the money though!
