how can i speed up the bedding in process of a hope mono trial, for example, with a cable disk brake, you make the disk/caliper really hot, then you poor water on chris

I Have a small quirie, at the moment, i am currentlly running a rear bb7, this brake is good but i want somthing a bit more powerful! hope mono trial came to mind, there is two things i need to know, 1. with a cable disk brake, they need bedding in, is this the same with a hydrolic disk? 2. the one on tarty i am going for, is left hand, rear, 160mm then there is two diffrent ones, they are, #3 Caliper IS Mount, and #5 Caliper Koxx Frame what does this mean? I Have a czar duel disk mod, what one do i use? thanks. chris.
