I never put brake pad in the caliper and press brake the oil come out...isit spoil..

Hi my hope mono trial isit spoil..i never put brake pad and my friend go pess the brake and the caliper megnet stick together and the oil come out from the caliper..is it spoil can my caliper still be use..
