Hi all I'm wanting to know what is the best way for me to improve I know i can do that by riding but I have a running mehcine and some weights but I'm going to buy a pull up bar as well... If I did 50 pull ups 2x a day 5days a week, How long would it take my mussels to get stronger and be able to pull up better on my zoo ? Any other exercise would be good I know there is press ups, running, jogging ect.. Any help ? Luke
