well i finaly got a bb sorted out and she is finnished let me know what u think

looks sweet liking the custom ehco bashring looks cool i allways liked the look of mods but could never get to grips with riding them dunno why

they are tensile urban legend cranks with the tensile uci bsh ring i think the bike is lush but u should take the ba shplate off if your gonna run a bash ring

ok cool so we need to sort out a time and meeting place now, I think most people will be getting the train there so im geussing the best place to meet will be the station as for time i know it takes abought 2 hours from mien to get to leeds on the train so if we say meet up between 12-00 - 13-00. give or take half hour for the crappy train delays which allways happen at this time of year. all said and done lets hope for good weather and a good turnout for a GOOD RIDE

yeh its carpet lol but its me workshop floor so im not bothered lol got the frame today and was amazed at how light it was and how low the stand over hight is, Im looking forward to riding it in leeds this saturday should be good :D:D

i do alot of indoor rock climbing /bouldering all year round and find its very good for core strength and finger strength some of the climbing excersises are great for trials there are some that purley focus on forarm strength

here is a pic of me new build up so far ehco pure 08 with kot forks echo urban rear on gu freehub onza hog drilled front on onza hub hs33 rear plazie pads and louise disc tensile uci cranks 17-14 gearing onza bars and fsa 100mm stem just waiting for my new echo tr bb and then im all done

depends on your budget im now running a dmr moto rear tyre which is only 600 grams runnning a echo urban rim with the gu freehub all in all cost around 140 built and posted and the gu freehub is half decent i havent had any problems with it at all pick ups good and genrel strength of the hub is good been running it now for well over a month doing relatively big stuff and also techy rock stuff too

well i should recive my new frame( echo pure 08) monday morning and i have already recieved my forks ( kot stock )cant wait till pay day to order the last few parts then ill have a real nice ride will post pics as soon as she is ready to be seen might evan hit a fresh paintjob on the frame before building it

think im gonna have to bring back matt and ed toung they were always good to watch soooooo smooth and sutch style

does anyone know what ever happend with some of the oldshcool stuff like irc kojo's and elgato's and probly the one of peoples fav the panaracer fire dh are they still available and howcome they never been rereleased in bigger form persnally i reckon an irc elgato in 2.5 would be ellish for the back i know the sidewalls were never much good but the grip was awsome any old shcool parts u guys would bring back to the current scene

renthal bars are one of the most widly used bars in the motocross industry thats got to tell u summit if the guys riding 250lb+ bikes launching 20ft up and gaps of 40 ft+ and dont manage to break them shoud give u an idea but bear in mind the are not ment for mtb so the rise and sweeps might feel all wrong on a mtb

i allways wear mien you never know when somthing can go tits up better safe than sorry when playing with your life you wouldnt jump in front of a moving train so why risk your life when riding allways wear a lid people its common sense

whats with the grief im talking from personal expeiriance and i found cable to be more hassle than there worth its the same as anything else its all down to personal prefrence so all u can really say is try diffrent systems and see what works for you diffrent people prefer diffrent set ups
