Yeah like dave said, Freewheel is your best bet on a budget of £200. If you need new cranks you cant go wrong with echo forged or the trialtech cranks, Tensile freewheel will last ages. Echo rim is strong buy very heavy. Might be worth looking at try-all or trialtech, Bearing in mind they dont grind aswell as echo rims.
